On 7-18-16 I visited this beauty supply & purchased 2 boxes of Clairol Textures & Tones permanent hair color. I returned on 7-19-16 to either receive a refund or just exchange the items for shampoo and/or moisturizer. I no longer needed the dye because the salon that I purchased my extensions from also dyed the hair for you. I had and still have the receipt & the debit card receipt for the purchase of the dye from Supreme Beauty Supply on Aldine Mail Rd., but the manager that was on shift refused to refund my money or allow me to exchange the unopened/undamaged products for something else. The boxes were not and are not damaged and also come with a seal at the top and bottom of the box so it is easily detected if the box has been tampered with or opened. The manager pointed to a sign on the counter stating items they wont issue a refund for. This would be honest in my opinion if the sign wasnt amongst flyers, business cards and various other cluttered items, if the counter wasnt so high so it was easily noticed at checkout by patrons & if it wasnt on the counter where you place your items on top of to check out. Ive been in this location about 4-6 times and have never noticed that sign because I am short & I also place the items Im purchasing on top of the makeshift "No return/No refund sign." Also, though the sign did not say hair dye specifically, it mentioned wet items. I informed him that I would understand if it were in a container alone (similar to a hair rinse) but this product is inside a box with 2 seals. He began ignoring me so I asked to speak to or receive the owners contact information so I could make a complaint. He stated he didnt know the owner and didnt know when the owner would be there. I found a woman working in the wig department but it was her first day so she was unsure of any contact information besides the man that was on duty. She also recognized and acknowledged the boxes had been untouched when I explained why I was upset. This isnt my first visit to this location but it is my first experience that I interacted with the staff & so my rating (unless a manager reaches out to me with a resolve) is 1 star because you cannot give a 0. This was a horrible experience and poor customer service. Attended to contact owner this morning 7-20-16 & was unsuccessful. I dont live in the area but the next time I am there (if they havent changed where the sign is posted) Ill also take a picture of the counter and the makeshift return sign. *See photos of receipt, products purchased, & condition of items.

I also had a bad experience at this location, after spending a lot of money here, because my beautician sends me here. I came in bought over 50.00 dollars worth of hair care products, happy with my purchase I may add. When I got to my car I forgot I didnt purchase a latch hook to crochet some hair, so I went back in to purchase, the same man who checked me out said you have to make a 5 dollar or more purchase, I told him I just made a 50 dollar or more purchase and I forgot this item, he ignored me which was rude, so I went to my car and brought back all the items for return so I can purchase my one item. He refused to ring up my items again and refused my service. The money you make in that store are black dollars and you dont ever have to worry about my green dollars again. He also refused to give me the owners number, but Im glad I have a voice. Poor customer service I ever received.

I was amazed at how HUGE this location was and the wide variety of products they carried. The selection was fantastic and the atmosphere felt like I was at a higher caliber store. All of the staff were super friendly and very helpful! They were there when I needed them without being too pushy or in my face :) The store was very clean and organized and I was able to find what I needed quickly. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone! :)

I honestly love this store, I work around this area and it is so convenient for me. They have everything I need and they always have everything in stock. They have great hair selections and eye lashes for a great price too! Customer service is always on point even when it is busy. They take their time with you and answer all your questions. Seriously, love this place and love the people there!

This is place has really good stuff and at nice, affordable prices. The only problem I have with this place is that when I was trying to buy some jewelry from the little locked display on the front desk and the cashier couldnt find the key, like he wouldnt even really look for it. Other than that, this is a nice, clean little place

They have such a huge selection, every time I visit this place I buy so many things because the price is always just right. Ive been coming here for years for most of my hair needs and expect to always go here as long as its open. I wish we had one just like it in the Humble area, they are amazing. I drive from the Spring Branch area just to go to this beauty supply. I am originally from LA and we have a beauty supply on every corner but this is 1 of the best beauty supply stores i have ever been too. I have never experienced and since of discomfort and the staff is always friendly and helpful

I was buying hair for freestyle braids. I bought 4 packs which is what the hair stylist said I needed. He said you only need 3 and told me if I didnt use the last one hed buy the one back...came back the next couple of days she he gave me my $$ back...thats service
