A middle aged black woman with short hair and glasses treated me horribly. I walk in the store to exchange my product and told her that I needed to do an exchange. She wont even look at me and says with an attitude "Just go get what you need!". I couldnt believe how rude she was. I went to the aisle to look at the product and I heard her answer the phone telling whoever it was "Well, were about to close so hurry up and decide what you want." (In a very rude tone yet again). Then I asked her since most of the hair color swatches had been ripped from the shelf, if the store on Cumberland maybe had more than them. She said in a very rude way again "I dont know. I cant tell you that. I dont know ok". So, I got tired of her attitude, tone, and non-willingness to help me and I picked up my original items I bright into the store to exchange. I went outside to see a different worker and asked her who in the world was that lady. She wouldnt answer me. I told her how incredibly rude she is. Meanwhile, the older lady is glaring at me through the front glass while Im talking to the other worker. The worker and I walk in the store to talk quietly about it and the rude lady butts in and starts yelling. She said "All I said was .... all I did was...." and she would not stop being loud and obnoxious. I had to tell her to calm down and dont treat customers like that. I told her she needed to get out of the conversation and stop yelling and being rude. She kept on. I told her again that she needed to calm down and stop it. She finally walked off and kind of minded her own business. I got the customer service number from another worker. As I walk out the door, the rude worker goes to the other two workers and starts yelling about "Well this is what I said... this is all I was doing..". All over again. Like she knew she had done wrong and this wasnt the first time. Ive been shopping at that Sally store for about 15 years and Im done. My business is going elsewhere. Horrible customer service!!!

All the girls did was talk crap about the last person in the store after they left and once I asked for help they just wanted to talk crap about my hair and how I "needed a trim". Im fully aware that I need a trim, I wasnt there for that, I was there for a hair color. I left with nothing and drove the extra way to another Sallys...

Middle aged lady with short black hair was yelling "yall know we close at 8 right?" "We closed at 8 doors are locked!" Constantly. Very rude and then lied saying she was talking to the customers outside when there wasnt anyone. Never even offered to help. Awful.
