The worst service. The Hispanic guy was very rude. He was sweeping the floor and brushed dirt onto my feet. When I checked him he apologized. Then when I was leaving the store, hed managed to have swept all the trash in front of the door and then stopped, and took his cell out to chat. What? Debris just littering the entrance. When I was leaving and paused before the trash he motioned me to go ahead through the trash. What fool? Jump over the trash or walk through it? Smh.When I notified the owner, she yes, yes sooo sawry me. A typical hood hair store. No respect for anyone. Theyve been stolen from (witnessed the owner try to stop a thief and got the dog snot slapped out of her) and disrespected on countless occasions I am sure, so in turn they dont respect any of the customers. They get business, because its a hood store and there isnt a store like it in the vicinity. If you have a car, good walking shoes, a metro/bus pass, roller blades, a chariot or wings then avoid this disaster and shop elsewhere.

Classic hood store. Online said it opens at 930. So Im here at 930. The door says 10. So I put an update on Google to reflect that it opens at 10. But still makes no difference because its after 10 and its still not open. More like 10:30

HORRIBLE customer service. They follow you around the store harassing you like your going to steal something. They are very rude and offensive. NEVER AGAIN.
