Customer serivce very rude by the owner Mr.Lee he played like he didnt know much english but he did not know that I overheard him speaking clearly to his sale associate, when I came back to visit after waiting for his arrive back to the country back I revisit to complain about the quality of some human hair I purchased. I would not recommend anyone to this location, I hate to see this business profit on my people meaning (BLACK) because is he impatient and very unprofessional. Other then that the sale associates are all great I just hate they are working under him.

The braid sheen spray I bought on Thursday wasnt spraying properly. I called up there and explained my issue and was told I could come and exchange it. Owner was nice when I came in, gave me no issue exchanging the spray (even though I had thrown away my receipt by mistake).
