I called this place one day to find out there store hours, The old white lady that works at the counter told me they close at 8pm. On this same day I arrived at this store at 7:45pm and only needed to buy one product, when I tried to enter it was locked. It was a short hispanic lady standing on the inside directly in front of the door saying they were closed,(mind you their were other people STILL shopping in the store) I tried to explain that I had called earlier and the lady who normally works at the cash register told me they didnt close until 8, the hispanic girl was not trying to here this and waved me off saying they were closed, I was extremely upset because i had walked to this store and made SURE i arrived 15 minutes before closing time. Since i had walked to this store, I tried one more time to get them to reason with me and tried to explain I needed only one product that was important for my next day event, she would not even open the door to atleast here me out, only waved me off again, so I left. The next day, I called the store and spoke with the older white lady and asked her again "What time do you all close?" She said "8:pm"..Then i told her that i suggest she should not tell customers 8pm when they will not let you in 15 minutes before this store closed. She then got very rude and extremely nasty with me while I was only trying to explain the two spanish girls would not let me in at only 7:45, SHE TOLD ME SHE DID NOT CARE AND WAS NOT TRYING TO HERE MY COMPLAINT AND TO DO WHATEVER I WANTED TO DO ABOUT MAKING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS BUSINESS, then hung up the phone in my face!..My point of this complaint is to all my black sisters out there, we need to stop giving these type of stores our money because they do not care about us, we make them VERY rich with these stores they put in poor black neighborhoods, get our money then go back to their nice neighborhoods and laugh at how they treat us and profit from us. Most of the time you cant even use their bathrooms, when you shop they watch you like a hawk and worst of all have you noticed they DONT HIRE BLACK WOMEN TO WORK IN THESE STORES, the very women who know more about our hair and skin needs are not even hired to work in these stores. I will never shop at this store or anyother beauty supply again unless it is Black owned due to the fact that they dont hire black people to sell products that are LARGELY consumed by black people, they dont respect us.Have you notice as soon as you have a problem with your purchase or dispute a charge on your reciept how NASTY they get with you, just goes to show they only want a black persons money and have no respect for us. Please find a Black owed beauty supply to support or if you have the financial means PLEASE OPEN ONE,it would be a very good investment for you and the black community, lets put an end to making other people rich and start supporting our own.

I would NEVER EVER shop at this beauty supply again. They have poor quality hair and try to pass it off as remy human. I bought a 100% human remy hair lace front (or at least that is what the box said.. and the employees) from them and two weeks after i bought it started to get nappy. Come to find out they sold me a synthetic wig and i paid a $129 for it. They buy from manufacturers and dont test or look at the quality of the hair before buying it to sell in their store. I know this because it came straight from their own mouths. This beauty supply store is the queen of false advertisement. You should never go to this place if you dont want to get cheated out of your money. They will tell you anything to sell the products, and to top it off they have people working there who know nothing about hair. I repeat DO NOT go this place if you dont want to get cheated out of you money.

This place is just business they dont care about there customers. I hate it and the little old lady that works at the counter. I went to try on a wig all Ihad was my debit card but you have to purchase at least $5.00. I did not have cash to but a stocking cap that cost 1.75 when two comes in a pack for $2.00. All other beauty supplies chargre .50 cent. I went nest door to the family dollar where I could use my debit card to buy a stocking cap. I went in to try it on and he said I could not use it. I asked why and he said you have to buy it from us. I told him that there id no sign that says I had to buy one from them. the little old lady told me hey its only logical. They dont care about you because there is enough people in the area for this business to continue. I only went here because it right by the place where I get my hair done. Avoid it if you can.

Awful experience! Poor customer service. I asked for help and the lady at the front told me that a man was helping another customer and he would be right there. As I continued to wait, I discovered that there was no one else in the store. She flat out lied to me. I do not spend my money at places that lie to customers who go to them in good faith. Never again.

They have everything you need, but you get what you pay for. They have been around for a long time. If you dont like the products find another store. I have never had a problem with the old lady. They close early from being robbed. Drugs, movies and etc are being sold outside in the parking lot. Give them a break for closing early

Well they do lie and jack up prices, but what I wanna know is why are they in the listings for BLACK owned beauty supply stores. They are asian owned. Something fishy about that.

Love this store! Great prices on the wigs on the hair, nice sandals. They shorted on staff have patience with them.
