Why the hell does anyone come here? We were told by CVS that they would have the medication, they said that they couldnt fill it because weve never been there before. When I asked how it was possible to fill any prescriptions there ever when we hadnt before, the girl just "shrugged" at me. I later overheard the girls talking about me while I was waiting to speak to their pharmacist, and whispering things like "I know Ive never seen her before" like I looked like some kind of criminal or something when I clearly irritated and tired from getting the run around all day. I am so offended, and so infuriated by the way they treated me and refused to help defuse the situation at all.

Printed photos off my phone here, and left with my pictures less than 30 minutes later, 5 months ago! To this day I still 2 to 3 calls a month of some damn recording telling me my pictures are ready. No crap! You think? I work usually from 6pm to 4 or 5 am, so I sleep in morning and the only time recording calls is in mornings, and wakes me up. Called the store multiple times and the lazy ppl say my name and number are not in system anymore. Kind of odd seeing as how they keep calling me. Not even sure they ever looked. DO NOT EVER ENTER YOUR PHONE NUMBER INTO THEIR SYSTEM. YOULL NEVER STOP RECIEVING PHONE CALLS.

Complete crap. Have been a customer here for years, but no more! Pharmacy is understaffed. And even when staffed, when pharmacy lobby is full of customers, most staff look at you while only 1 staff member assists. Makes wait time ridiculous. Same issue with phone help. Ive been put on hold for up to 30 minutes, then hung up on more times than I can count. Fire the Gdamned manager.

This store has always been there for me and the multitude of meds that I take (12-15). Its been my go to Phramacy since it opened. Only one time in 8 years that they didnt have my patches ordered and had to go the 24hr Walgreens. At Rayford, Candice and a of the girls working there know me on sight when pull up to the drive-thru! Great staff and go they always extra mile for me!

The service for the pharmacy sucks. I have held for over 30 mins to try to get info on a refill that 3 days ago they said they had to con my doctor and found out when i called my doctor they have not heard from them. I am not going to use them anymore. They told me they need more help not my problem.

Pharmacy experience is great every time I come here. To the Rayford location, not the sawdust one. The only problem is w/ these idiots at my doctors office who cant seem to tell the difference between Rayford and Sawdust even though I give them an address.

The one thing I dont understand about this place is why the pharmacy closes at 6pm on a Saturday of all days. I would understand Sunday closing early! CVS here we come with all my wifes prescriptions!
