Armstrong McCall is a good beauty supplier ,but We are NOT going to shop at THIS location anymore. I do bookkeeping at the salon and tried to reconcile the charge we got from this store since last week and ...There was two times they hung up on me after they promiced to conect me to the right person and today they took all my info and I was promiced to get the copy by email ..I was waiting and waiting for response and never got it.... Well..like I said We always going to shop at Armstrong McCall ,but not at THIS LOCATION.

The supplies, came here at 8:15, its suppose to open at 8:30, its 8:39 and the store isnt opened yet!!!! Im just a little disappointed and upset about that, other than that everything else is good, the service and the people were so nice and helpful, I couldnt be upset anymore :).

Horrible customer service. Merchandise miss marked on the selves so when I called her told me the price of 79.95 went to the store to purchase it was 99.95. Then tells me oh well nothing I can do.
