This place is awful. Many of the pharmacy staff are rude. For example, I went to the drive-thru yesterday and there were actually two women helping me. The first person was quite pleasant. The second person came on and started asking me the routine questions and was very curt and would actually cut me off in the middle of my answer (I.e. She asked me to verify my address and after I gave her the street address, I said the city and she interrupted me to ask another question). Perhaps she was having a bad day but I would probably not have posted this if I had not had a very bad experience the day prior when I went to pick up the same rx and they told me I needed a new prescription despite the fact that I spoke with a pharmacist by phone one week earlier who told me they were refilling my Rx and it was the last refill that I had on file. I waited until I had actually finished the medication to pick up the refill only to be told that I didnt have any refills. When I mentioned the conversation I had, she of course asked me the name of the person with whom I had spoken. I typically dont write those things down but I gave her the time and day stamp from my cell phone logs. She essentially told me that I was lying ("well, I dont see any notes in here about that," and "I dont know who here would have told you that."). I asked if it was possible to get a day or two worth of medicine since I was out now and had been told that my medication would be ready and was now out completely and she said no. I asked for a manager and she said the manager is out for a week. Ive been a long-time Walgreens customer for over 10 years, have quick pay and the loyalty card, etc. but I am going to try CVS now.

This is my favorite Walgreens. Its one of 13 beauty evolution stores in the greater Houston area to introduce Houstonians to Boots Beauty counters, staffed by consultants who can offer samples, explain how a certain formula will work with your skin and of course give out free makeovers. Boots, for the uninitiated, is a British skincare and makeup brand that was developed by the drugstore of the same name, and which has gained a global following for their line of products that fit right into your beauty budget. They also carry the European beauty brands and dermatologist favorites like La Roche Posay, Avene, Dr. Hauschka, Arnaud, Vichy, H2O, Nuxe and a wide array of make-up products and testers.

This store rates 5 stars for cleanliness, friendly staff, and an excellent beauty consultants. I had red carpet service from Kim in cosmetics. I experienced superior service from the sweetest staff member Idalis in pharmacy. And I always enjoy the outgoing friendly help from Hilario on my way out. Ive read some of those negative reviews posted about staff at this store but I have also witness how some customers get nasty and rude with the pharmacy staff but the staff somehow manages to put up with all that verbal abuse from some customers who dont get their way. Treat others how youd like to be treated.

I wish I could give zero stars. My daughter went in to have her pain meds refilled after a serious surgery. Even after the doctor decided she needed it, they REFUSED to fill it. She had take the previous script as instructed. Because she is a 22 year old young woman with silver hair and tatoos, they made and assumption that she was a pill head, although she has zero history of abuse. Simple case of discrimination. My daughter left in pain and in tears after being talked down to and treated poorly. NEVER again. A 3 piece suit would have had the refill no problem. Shame on you.

Do I have the option of zero stars? With that, allow me to insist the pharmacy staff at this location receive some customer relations training from the Research/Gosling Walgreens staff. If you are a customer seeking a decent group of pharmacists, search elsewhere. This locations staff is consistently rude/unprofessional. Whereas most of us on planet earth are required to practice self control & speak to customers with a reasonable level of professionalism, this locations pharmacy staff is not required to do so.

Went here about six months ago to get my prescriptions because they were the closest to my house. Every time I go there wether through the drive-thru or inside or even talked to someone on the phone, everyone that I have dealt with in the pharmacy department are very rude and unprofessional. I cant believe this is acceptable and in a pharmacy?

Horrible pharmacy. We stopped in the way home from the hospital. Took the drive through. Had to walk inside to sign. Then was told by very rude pharmacist itd take an hour even though the pharmacy has no one waiting.
