For Samira,i know you have complains about our store. so let me explain. On 2015 Oct 7th Wed. you actually came at 9:05 and stayed till 10:30. and we have our own STORE POLICY that a customer can try up to 3 wigs for clean, HYGIENE purpose. do you like wearing dirty wig on your hair? think about it logically. we tried to give you BEST customer service, and thats why we have employee who can help you and find you the wig. we have PROFESSIONAL that know about hairs and products. and we didnt try to kick you out, we try to tell you that you shouldnt brush the wave hair because it will mess up the hair and no will try that wig anymore. thats why we asked you if you want to buy it. and you forgot about what you did in the store. you came to the store mess around and damage the products without plan to buy. our employee took hours to clean your mess. Our employees are for customer service and helper, not cleaning person. you also tried the wigs with your old wig cap. we NEVER allowed that you ripped the lace wig in our store ($19.99) we cant sell this anymore because you ripped it out. this is not the mall. we want you to SHOP EFFICIENTLY with our help.

I have patronized to this establishment several times but today I went there at 9am specifically to be able to take my time making a purchase. I was told I had been there too long and there was a limit. I informed the owner that I had purchased several things in the past from his store, he then asked "do you want to buy?", I responded no I will leave! As I was leaving his wife felt it necessary to remind me how long I had been there. Since when do it matter to store how long their customer shops if they are spending money? There werent people knocking down the door to buy things. I was truly turned off by their lack of customer service especially after I mention I had purchased things before and my final decision was on the counter. Do not patronize these inconsiderate people who feel like if you are there for more than 20 minutes you are trying to steal something no matter how you are dressed!

I love shopping in the Uptown Brand store. But this one is hi theft area apparently and you feel like you are a thief when you walk in, the way the store personnel follow you around and have theft postings all over the front door.
