Yet again another disappointing Sallys. Smh. I come here to buy a correction color since the previous color didnt work. Im a loyal customer of course. Bought a shampoo for damaged hair 8/13 (JUST YESTERDAY) but saw another brand I trust more so I tried to exchange, mind you WITH a receipt... old woman said no. (Wtf, seriously?) Okay, whatever. Brushed it off because I came for color anyway, I asked for advice on my hair. NO HELP whatsoever. Not even a suggestion. Okay, fine Ill help MYSELF. Before I can even decide what to go with, the store LIGHTS were cut off. It is 7:43 pm on a Friday (8/14/2015).. someone correct me if Im wrong, does Sallys close earlier than 8pm? I dont think so.... I live in Humble. originally from Tomball. Ill stick to the Sallys off WILLOWBROOK, customer service is AWESOME and they are VERY helpful, and you guessed it.. they close at 8pm. --- Im editing this bc I just now seen 1 of the previous reviews about manager being rude to the person about leaving bc they are closing.... that review and mine should let u know what the deal is. The one on west rd is bad too, that one got a review from me as well. Want a good experience at Sallys? Then go to the one in WILLOWBROOK!

The lady in charge at this Sallys was so rude! I went to buy somethings that i needed and when i got there the lady told me, " we are going to close in three minutes so get what you want and go." She could of said it in a nicer way atleast. Never going to this sallys again!!!
