I recently went in this past week looking for the right kind of shampoo and conditioner while the liter sale was in effect ! Right off the bat as I walk in a realy nice and informative associate by the name of Elizabeth greeted me with so much hospitality ! She made me feel comfortable and not stupid by the questions I was asking her on the soaps and makeup ! She was realy informative and seemed to know a lot about makeup and the skin itself ! I walked out of there feeling good about my purchase and I will most defeintly be coming back just for Elizabeth !!! Thank you for giving me some confidence in my makeup purchase as well !!

I LOVE the store, but they recently hired a new esthetician, and he ruined my eyebrows. He actually ruined them twice, but I was dumb enough to go back and let him touch my eyebrows again. I would avoid this place if you want a good eyebrow wax. The Ulta beauty bar is much better. I had been growing my eyebrows out for almost two months, trying to get them thicker, and he destroyed them. I cried. His name is Josh. Avoid him if you like your eyebrows.

I love this place! It has a huge selection of products and they are the only place in town that carries my favorite brand Morracccan Oil. Their salon is perfect and so is the customer service. The staff is very educated on their products and they are a huge help when you dont know quite what you are looking for. I always recommend people to BB when they need anything ❤️

Was in looking at make up and I dont wear alot of make up so I was a little lost not sure the difference between foundation and concealer. Thankfully I was rescued by a nice lady named Elizabeth. She explained the difference and told me which was best for my extremely pale skin. She was really nice and helpful when I go back I will be finding her to help me for sure.

AWFUL customer service. Rude and snappy girls (all except one). Even the manager has an attitude and they speak to you in a condescending way. No thank you. We were there to purchase several but were taking our business somewhere else.
