The variety is amazing the the only reason im giving it one star is because outside of the one girl that works there named Tasha the customer service is horrible. Tasha seems to be the only person INCLUDING THE OWNERS that knows the products inside of the store. The male asian does not speak any english so trying to get help from his is pointless, the woman with the long hair who is also asian tends to have a terrible attitude as if she does not want to assist you and ive over heard her be extremely rude to her employees. In less than a year ive seen many people come and go so Gaining a sense of familiarity with who can help you without asking others(Tasha) for help is RARE. The woman who i assume is the owner as she is there more often than the rest seems to think its okay to negatively reinforce rules on her employees and make them feel as if they arent doing their job no matter what they are doing to help. At close time she doesnt offer to help you find what youre looking for she yells from the counter WERE CLOSED YOU HAVE TO GO! theres also another woman who ive grown familiar with in my often visits and she is aslo an asian woman with shorter hair which is more helpful and considerate. They offer many products a bit higher than other locations however outside of the one girl names tasha who is beyond helpful i would not attend.

Ive been in this area for a very long time and have experienced everything thats being said......Lets please stand for RIGHT, and drive further out...This owner doesnt deserve our hard earned money...... The owners are RUDE! They actually believe that because they are the closest beauty supply store, they can mark up their prices and disrespect customers. They have a 3 wig maximum to tryout. Who does that? The crazy thing that I have noticed is the 20% mark on wigs and hair products. If you Google that same product you will see it at Walmart or another nearby store for much less. I would suggest that we women of color drive further to another store that welcomes our business.

This place deserves a one star only because of the lack of customer service skills. The owner is rude and she has no clue on how to run a business. She had the audacity to make racial comments towards me. I had to call the cops just for an exchange because she would not do an exchange even though her policy says they allow exchanges. I was a frequent buyer from this place until I had to make an exchange. Horrible Horrible professionalism.

Buyer beware a majority of the hair thats on the sales floor is all the same despite the prices what she actually doing is committing fraud the owner is Miss Lee a Korean lady shes also very racist!! Im Hispanic and she didnt realize I had an African-American boyfriend. Her comments about African-Americans are despicable I dont understand why they choose to patronize the business other than lack of other competition in the end in the area

The staff is very nice and helpful. Ive never had any problems with the staff. Everything that I need for hair care is in this beauty supply store and the prices are reasonable.
