This will be a little long but here we go, yesterday my husband (Sean) this is his wife had a dr.s appt to have bandages removed from surgery last week and a hard cast put on. He timed his pain meds so that he would need a refill before we made the 2.5 hour trip home. We went to this walgreens and the ladies there were so unbelievably unprofessional and rude I was shocked! They first looked me up and down like I was a drug addict ( I did probably look frazzled it had been a very long week) they talked to themselves for a moment came back and said that she would NOT fill the script because he had some filled earlier in the month I tried to explain why (he had just had surgery, the previous was only to get him to his first appt and then they would write another script as they had done ect ect) she cut me off slid the script back at me and said WELL IM NOT FILLING IT!!!!! and then the pharmacist behind her hollered WE ARENT FILLING IT HE SHOULD HAVE SOME LEFT! .... Ok so first, arent there HIPPA laws that prevent you from speaking very loudly in front of other customers about my husbands medical care? Second, was it necessary to rudely stare at me like I was a pill seeking drug addict? Third, I would like to personally thank you for embarrassing me more than I have ever been to the point that I cried (in the car, wouldnt have given you ladies the satisfaction)and also making my husband who had just had a cast put on and was in severe pain ride for 2.5 hours home where our local and wonderful pharmacy filled them with no problem at all and did it with a smile.... another reason to purchase from locally owned businesses where they treat you like a decent human being should. I will personally NEVER use this establishment again!!!

The night Manager "Frank" is always very arrogant and not helpful at all. He has none customer service skills. Today he refused to send my pictures for printing because they took "too long to download" so he put my printing last and told me to go back tomorrow. The machine wasnt even printing but still refused to print them. Then he told me he didnt care what I did and walked off closing his office door on my face. Totally rude and in the wrong profession. I feel so bad for his employees because if he treats his customers that way, I cant imagine how bad he treats the people that work under him.

Disclosure: some of the staff is very helpful. Example: there was an African American man (possibly a manager) working in the pharmacy and then he went to the front register to help the cashier ring up customers too. I was amazed at his work ethic and he is the reason that I went back. On the other hand, not all service is created equally. Be prepared to be treated like a criminal by the female pharmacy manager if you have a prescription for a medication containing narcotics.

They refuse to fill prescriptions if your doctor is not in the same town as them even tho Ive filled my prescriptions monthly at a Walgreens less then 3 miles from them. The only explanation I received was " its our manager". I even had the Walgreens I normally go to call them and they still wouldnt fill them. Total waste of time and highly discriminant towards men with tattoos. Take your money someplace else

Very long lines in the pharmacy drop off. You should only be able to drop off and pick up your prescription, not wait 20 minutes in line whey they fill them. This location has plenty of business to hire extra help in the pharmacy department.

Pharmacy: They usually take a couple of minutes every time I go pickup my prescriptions, but overall they always try to help and answer questions if needed.

My son needed a shot..the bacterial meningitis...was there at 9:59 am..walked out by 10:20... pharmacy was great..took care of us...thanks
