Bad customer service. Came in here today to resolve a problem I had with a credit that was given to me of 79 dollars because they had overcharged me on my credit card in the first place. All they could do is give me a credit in the store that day so I took it, I shouldnt have since they dont keep records of the credits that they give out. They gave me a business card with the amount and signature on it. I come here every year to purchase hair for a hairshow our company does to raise money for breast cancer. I recently got my purse stolen I had my Yolandas card in there. After I told the lady what my issue was she starts screaming at me basically running me out the store with her yelling and telling me she dont know if I have used my credit already or if I was telling the truth and that it has been a long time they dont keep records after I had called earlier and the guy that answered told me to go in and just give them a date the card was issued so they can check the records. She starts telling me examples of how if you go to Walmart and show no receipt they wont return your items. I dont care what Walmart does if this was Walmart she would have retuned my money on my credit card in the first place when she messed up and overcharged me. I left said thank you politely I was never rude or anything like that or gave her no reason for her to have treated me the way she did. Lesson learned.
