Ive read their previous reviews and still gave them the benefit of the doubt. My husband and I purchased a sectional sofa on our second visit to Jennifer Convertibles. On the day of the delivery it was presented by my building the delivery needed to have a certification of insurance which we had not have in place, I spoke with a dispatcher on finding ways to receive the certification, only to find out there was no way. I hang up the call and immediately called my building management. As I was speaking with the manager the driver left the building reception, once I had the OK from my building manager to move the furniture in(less than 5 min), I went outside to notify the driver that the delivery was approved. This time the driver was on the phone I looked at him and said : - Please do not leave, I got the solution! He made I contact with me, still on the phone he turned his back on me and walked away. Never taking in consideration what I just told him. JUST LEFT I tried calling the costumer service right away to get someone to tell the driver to delivery my furniture, but with unsuccessfully tentative there was no sign to have the driver return with my furniture.My husband and I then tried calling the driver, which never answered any of the calls, I believed I was a valued customer, and I resolved a problem of the delivery within 5 minutes, but Jennifer Convertibles is charging a rescheduling delivery fee. Since the first call with costumer service Ive been called a liar and clueless. Ive been trying to contact the headquarters to explain my horrible experience and was given wrong contact info. If you are reading this, please think twice before purchasing from Jennifer Convertibles.

Horrible. From start to finish... well, to be fair, my experience isnt finished yet. After purchasing a couch and ottoman almost 2 MONTHS AGO... delivery has finally been scheduled. Actually, delivery was scheduled for last Saturday, I took the day off of work, only to be canceled the day prior. Here we are again with a scheduled delivery between the hours of 3-7 pm. As 7pm approaches, and passes, I call customer service. The rep doesnt ask my address, name, or order number, but assures me there was an "accident" and the truck is running about 30 min late. And hangs up. An hour has passed since that call and still no delivery. But if Im not here when they arrive I am charged a $99 delivery cancellation fee. Unfuckingbelievable.

Please !!! For the love of God!! Dont ever deal with this company ! Worst customer service ever!! Even corporate wont help you. You can find better deals everywhere. Theyll say anything to sell a product. The people that work there dont care about customer service at all!! Delivery can take months and you will never have an idea, the managers dont have any manners, and are very racist. Incompetent company. All the good reviews are done by themselves. Trust me, worst company ever. They even sell sets you can find at Walmart! please dont ever deal with this company, they clearly dont care a bout their customers. All the see is dollars and then "not my problem"

WHITE GLOVE TREATMENT MY A__ THEY LEAVE THE Furniture AT YOUR FRONT DOOR AND TELL YOU ITS "NOT MY JOB" TO PUT IT WHERE YOU WANT IT . THEY GIVE YOU A WINDOW of TIME IN WHICH THE FURNITURE WILL BE DELIVERED, THEY ARE OFF BY AN HOUR . MY Daughter stayed home from work to receive the delivery , they told her it wasnt their job to put it in it appropriate place. She sighed for the pieces and now the Manager said sorry you signed then we cant help you !! Her exact words ."The drivers are slackers you should have been there your self to make sure they did their job."

Wish I had read all the reviews before spending my money here. I am really disappointed with my overall experience. Management is disrespectful and unprofessional and deliveries seem to be delayed indefinitely. Please save yourself the stress and just go somewhere else. No bargain is worth the ultimate dissatisfaction you will face after making a purchase from this place.

Went during store hours and it was closed. A sign on the door says to call a number if closed when it is business houts. Ridiculous.
