DO NOT purchase from this store... Took over a week to deliver a storage chest that was supposed to be delivered the next day!!!! No call to say item would not be delivered the day I was told. When I called to inquire about what happened regarding the item, the owner told me my chest had not even been assembled yet and that if he didnt assemble it that night, he would do it the next day... No courtesy... No apology.... No discount on the delivery....I had taken a half day off from work to be home for the order. I understand things happen, but a call would have been proper customer service. highly disgusted!!!!

I actually found this store by accident one day as I was going into the little shopping center to get some ice cream for my kids and as I was looking for a dresser for my kids anyway I decided to go in and take a look around. The place is a little "hole in the wall" BUT they have catalogs readily available and people in the store that are more than happy to direct you to what you want or need. Their items are anything from simple to fancy and their prices are outstanding. They also deliver in 2 days or less. I have already bought 2 dressers and a dining room set from there and will definitely go back!

Ive had worse experience with this guy . james is a such a worse soul you could ever meet . paid 6k for 3 beds and a dining table . beds didnt last for 2 weeks . i had to put extra support right after 2 weeks under king bed . and the 2nd queen bed wasnt even fixable . i had to throw that away . he postponed delivery for 2 weeks . every time i spare my time for his delivery .his drivers didnt showed up . and he didnt respond either . i had to go to his store to get that delivered. dont shop here. very substandard furniture .

I am very disappointed in this store. The day I got my furniture delivered there was a tear. I called an spoke with James and he said he will send some one over.. 3 months later never even called then (only had the couch 4 months) the arm is falling off I called multiple times with nothing but a run around !!!! he is not standing by his product!! Extremely disappointed

I am highly disappointed as my first purchase was fairly decent. My second purchase I called the owner James and he assured my that he would call back in a few minutes, hours later no response. I go directly to the store to only hear excuses and apologies from everyone else except the owner. I paid for my merchandise his lackluster attitude is unacceptable.
