Be very careful when dealing with WH&H. Tried to work with them to perform a simple hardwood floor replacement. They were completely incompetent. They did not have the materials on hand when they confirmed our appointment at their showroom. When we informed them we decided to pursue other options for our flooring needs, they sent us a flood of nasty emails and a bill for $200! This was for their "consultation" fee and for providing us three hardwood samples, which were returned to them after we looked at them. Horrible customer service! Horrible experience! If youre looking to update your hardwood floors, work with a retailer that specializes in hardwood flooring - not this "one stop design shop" that doesnt know a thing about hardwood flooring or customer service.

Like a typical man, Interior design is not specialty of mine. Im so grateful it didnt matter. This place had it all and unlike 2 others places I visited in town, I received some help right away. Just make sure you walk upstairs. Ive walked by many times and never knew this huge showroom existed. Put a package together that maximized my budget. Purchased a bedroom set, living room set and 3 large area rugs for quite an important holiday reunion. Delivery and installation always can have me on edge. Happy to say, yesterday everything arrived as expected so Im thrilled. Not one issue and the furniture and rugs even look better than I had hoped. This place is a wonderland. They have everything from bathroom vanities to carpet runners and its all really elegant. If you tell them what you want, they design it for you for free. I just finished renovating my kitchen and I got so many ideas from working with their designer, it came out like ten times better than it would have if Id stuck to my original idea. I ended up moving a wall, which I never would have thought of, and they suggested this amazing granite counter that looks fantastic. Excellent place.
