Professional. Courteous. Knowledgeable. The best part was the feeling that I was being educated as opposed to being pressured into buying a mattress. I visited the store with zero expectations. So I needed to get two full mattresses for my twin daughters as they had grown out of their convertible crib/day beds. I looked for mattresses at all the normal places and while there were less expensive options for the short term there is nothing on the market that offers the long-term, healthy living options like at HC Mattress. Did I really want to be cheap and subject my daughters to the dangerous chemicals that exist in a traditional mattress? The guarantee to be their mattress for at least the next 20 years was undeniably a huge selling point. One of the difficulties that I had was trying to figure out what mattress to get for them. There is a wide variety of options but after speaking with my salesperson Dave he actually urged me to go with what was the least expensive option because it was the most firm mattress he sells which therefore is the BEST option for growing kids. He said that this option would be best and then in 5/7 years I should just add an organic pillow top for added comfort for them. Its been a long time since I was a kid so I had NO IDEA that they should have a super firm mattress to support their growing bodies. Again, education and not trying to get me to buy the whole sheep farm. Twins are expensive enough, this was really appreciated. I know that I shouldnt be this excited about a mattress that I dont sleep on but knowing that my kids spend 8/10 hours every day on something that doesnt contain harmful chemicals that could lead to future illness makes me happy every time we check in on them at night. The funniest thing is that my twins love to sleep in the same bed together so occasionally the wife or I will sneak in to sleep on the other mattress to help our backs. Over the holidays we gave my parents our king bed to sleep on and we slept in the kids room. Parents thought we were being so nice when in reality its because we both wanted to sleep on their mattress, LOL. Bottom line is yes Im a huge fan, the kids havent complained once and now I need to get a new king mattress from HC for the wife and I ASAP. Hope this helps!

This was initially a positive experience. But upon trying to return the bed after it did not perform at all as I was told to expect given I had an adjustable bed frame, I specifically asked if it was compatible with the previous bed I had and the sales person was familiar he told me would it work. The mattress was terrible, offered no support. Had the company or sales person informed me of a return policy of which there is none, there was nothing on my invoice of which there were 3 to inform or forewarn me, I tried to speak with the owner and he told me there was a strict non refundable policy, but why not post on the receipt this info. Im not just disgruntled about the lack of transparency but the bed itself was terrible.

I came across this local mattress company on my way to Dunkin Donuts and wandered in out of curiosity. I honestly had no idea what my mattress at home was made out of (and frankly had never thought about it) until I spoke with the salesman who had a very extensive knowledge of not only their mattress, but what I had at home! No more toxins at home for me! I was very impressed by how much time the salesman spent with me. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, delivery was on time and another positive experience. Ive been sleeping like a baby for over a month on it now. My only complaint is that I didnt wander in sooner!

I had a similarly awful experience with both the store and Leggett and Platt the manufacturers, when the bed they sold me turned out to be a lemon The store owners backed away from me when I needed them Representatives of the manufacturer outright lied to me Fortunately the repair people they sent were able to fix it after 2 visits weeks apart I had a broken bed for a long time It looks like they replaced the entire electrical "guts" of the bed I hope it lasts I cant go through this again Avoid this store Avoid Leggett and Platt
