Worst customer service ever. I purchased an extended warranty from Sears a few years ago when I bought a washer. I called the Sears call center today and the call center rep argued with me that my washer wasnt broken and hung up on me. Then I called Lancaster Sears to speak to a manager to set up a repair appointment, and she (her name is Laurel) was extremely rude and argumentative. I then called their corporate office to complain and they offered me a "free home estimate" because I was unhappy with my customer service experiences today.... Sears always offers a free home estimate anyways. I used to buy appliances from Sears because of their long warranties and in home repair programs. Used to buy appliances from Sears. I will be taking my money elsewhere from now on.

My rating is not for this store itself, but I cant find anywhere to rate the online and delivery service. The online experience was horrible, promised a date of delivery from sears like 4 days after my order, didnt get it for nearly a month. When it arrived the one delivery guy was nice. I told him one thing needed to be returned he said no problem to get in contact with the store. Did that they said call this number, did they they said go to this online area, did they they couldnt return it. Finally spoke with someone and got it squared away. We will see if they really come when they say they are suppose to. Just a mess, I will NEVER order from Sears again, and I order a lot online. Mind you this was $2,000.00 worth of appliances I ordered. Very disappointed.

We foolishly bought the appliance maintenance contract on our vacuum cleaner a few years ago. When we dropped off the vacuum cleaner for scheduled maintenance, they lied about when it would be ready. In addition, they not only failed to finish the maintenance on time, but finding out when it will (theoretically) be finished has been a huge chore, due to very long wait times on the phone, website chat personnel who said they cannot provide that information, and a website lookup form that didnt work. Every single aspect of dealing with Sears has become difficult. This is definitely a company that is clearly headed for bankruptcy, IMO. Sell your shares now, this one is going into the toilet.

This place deserves -100 stars put out $2,000 and more on layaway at this place and have to wait for my product when there dumbass supervisors and associates told me oh it will be second to last payment and we will ship ur item now I have to wait a whole dam month and yet I probably still wont have my product .. Its sad to say .. Walmart (yes the hell store) is better then this place no wonder k-mart/This place is loosing business.. Last time I buy something here and I hope all you customers who shop here please dont buy anything from here unless u want to wait 6 dozen years to get your fawking product.

Awful. They lied to me when we bought a mattress from them. Paid for them haul it away and they refused to do so when the delivery boys showed up. Turns out they contract that out and it is up to the delivery company to decide if they would haul it away. Spoke to 7 people and all totally unhelpful. The agreed to haul it and then reneged hiding behind the third party delivery company; I plan to take them to small claims court to show them once they make a deal they cant hide behind a 3rd party. Will never deal with these liars again.

Its a dirty rotten shame the way sears did my son and daughter in law...they bought a front loading washer - dryer paid for delivery and couldnt get it delivered...then when the man did bring it out he dumped it in the kitchen floor refusing to put it in the shot where it goes...my son has a broken back and the daughter in law weighs about 90 pounds. I tried to get it in but I am 69 years old. ....now what???? I think sears is terrible. I have used 5 hem for years but I will never buy from them again. Nor will I recommend them!!!!

Very disappointed on how they treat there customers. They lied about a delivery date plus the sales department has the worst customer service. Ive worked in the customer industry for more than 8 years, and this location lacks on it. I talked to the so called "Manager" Laura and wow she needs training you dont give a customer a sassy attitude no matter what the situation is the customer is always right. Or at least show that you f***** care and that you feel bad. Never will I purchase at this location.

Very good sale on mens shirts I bought quite a few mens shirts took them home made my husband try them on and took back the ones that didnt fit no problem. However in my initial trip and buying them I could not find anybody I had to call appliances and go over there and get them to get someone to come over and cover the menswear station because of course it was a beautiful day and someone had decided to call in sick and so they were low on coverage thats a problem.

This store has the worst liars I have ever dealt with. I put two tablets on lay a way for me and my girlfriend for x mass and was told I could pick them up when I payed them off but they did not have them when I made the final payment I was told they have to be shipped and would be hear on the 8th of January but are not hear and am now told that will be hear on the 24th I dont think I will ever be in there store again its bs

Shop their last month . Couldnt find one white person to help us. When we ask a question they turned and ask another Hispanic but in Spanish. I thought that was rude. So we ask for a manger to talk to and the same thing happened they talked in Spanish to each other so we could not understand what their saying. They keep that up it will be the next store to close in Lancaster mall. Ill be doing my shop elsewhere

I would have given this a 1 star at first because the tv I bought on Black Friday was not in stock so I paid for an non existent tv. But then I talked to Josue, the lead manager in electronics and he really helped us out! We were able to get the display with free warranty for the mistake Sears made in their system

Great customer service. I have been a customer for years as well as my family. I had a issue with a pressure washer and the store manager (Nancy) was quick to resolve my issue. Thanks a bunch

No winter selection in December, associates are actively ignoring customers (even the child who was punching candy bars when I walked in). Quite possibly the worst in the mall or entire city.

I have always had good experiences with Sears. I dont understand why so many people are having bad experiences. Sometimes it seems like there sales staff are struggling with hurdles.
