I should first preface this with the fact that our last washer went kaputt back in November 2015. Since then weve been heading to JC Laundry, which is just fine, but perhaps you can imagine the excitement in finally (adulting) and getting a new to us washer so that we never have to go to the Laundromat again! We stopped by Appliance Empire and checked out the inventory. There were definitely several to choose from which is great. We werent looking for anything fancy, just a machine that would get the job done. Ricco (and sorry if Ive spelled that wrong) helped us out. Hes a talker for sure, but hes also a no BS-er. My roommate and I even learned a thing or two about proper washing machine operations and picked up a few new tv show recs. Ricco delivered the washer the next day and installed it. Now we make sure that we dont slam the lid down or overload the washer and now always wash on the super capacity setting as instructed. The machine has been working great and with proper care should last for as long as we need it. I appreciated Riccos assistance and the purchase overall was no-fuss. Thank you!

I bought washer dryer set about 3 months ago today was my the 90day cutoff for warranty..well the washer was leaking called them tuesday-wed and brought washer in to them today. They unloaded and figured out why it was leaking literally in 15min and had it fixed and loaded back up. I was so worried the 90day parts labor wouldnt be honored but they fixed they issue for me...some dumb little piece of ceramic or plastic about the size of a button stuck in the pump...thank you appliance empire for saving my ass literally...my husband would have killed me and hung me out to dry. Ive bought stuff from them in the past and theyve always had great used-fixed appliances. And Ive only had two issues with items Ive bought but owner has always made it right. Truly thank you. You have a lifetime customer. Really appreciate everything you did. I can now do laundry again :) Kristina Reynolds

Dont waste your time... Went in to buy a couple of washing machine hoses, the owner and one of his idiots where swapping stories and looking at there muscles from behind the counter, never bothered to acknowledged they had a customer in the small showroom, even though they knew I was standing 5 feet away and kept on B S-ing, finally after over 10 minutes boss looked at me and said " what do you want" like I was interrupting his day... Asked his price on the hoses he said " Thats it"... long story short his price was twice as much as Bi-Mart, which I mentioned and the boss said " why dont you go to Bi-mart then"... Rude arrogant little muscle head puke... I tell every body I know this story...Shop somewhere else this guy doesnt deserve or earn your business...This guys clueless.

Great customer service and very friendly but thats about all they have to offer. My dryer started squeeling within weeks and when I called for them to fullfill the warranty they told me that since I picked my machine up instead of paying their delivery charge they would not come out to my house to fix it, so it still squeeks. My washer then broke three days after the warrant expired. I had it repaired and it has now broke again! They claim to have put 100 dollars in parts in it but yet the first day I bought it as I unloaded it it was completely rusted out on the bottom and none of the parts looked new, they had just greased everything. Do not recommend, spent the extra couple hundred to get quality not spray painted and greased machines meant to look good and not run.

Bought a front loader from these guys. Found some badly torn clothes, figured out myself that a fin had come loose, exposing a sharp edge. well, they came out and replaced that fine, but didnt notice the boot gasket was not completely installed, leaving a sharp steel edge all the way around the entrance. After they basically blew me off (warranty is expired), I did some research, and close inspection, and figured out the gasket problem. you would think they would have noticed that when they came out to fix the fin. we fixed it ourselves. Total loss was around $150 of torn clothing. Do not recommend. Im sure they mean well, at some level, but its one of those "everythings fine....until its not". Not good folks to resolve problems with.

dont give him your money! spoke with the owner and went with the intention to buy a fridge, took my 76 year old father who also happens to be a veteran. my father forgot how old one fridge was and simply asked how old again to clarify. the owner snapped at him, yelled at him that he JUST told him! i told him he was rude and he said people are always trying to beat him up about prices. i told him we werent "beating him up" just clarifying the two refrigerators ages. he said he has sold three fridges this week and isnt in any rush so i told him he just couldve sold one more but we would take our money elsewhere and advise others to do so as well. i reccomend the restore

The staff were helpful in the beginning, and gave us some good advice. However, after that things changed. My wife was lectured and then eventually insulted on the phone because we hadnt picked our machine up exactly on time, and then when she called back because the machine had developed a leak, she was once again insulted on the phone, and lectured at length. I STRONGLY recommend looking elsewhere before going here. My impression is that if theres even the slightest question of the quality their machines or their expertise, they get either resistant or belligerent. Very unpleasant experience all around.

I hope nobody rents properties from mr. Appliance in his wife. The house was already in bad shape when we moved in. Not only do they take all of our deposit and or pet deposit but theyre trying to charge us extra for damages that were not done. The try to nickel and dime us for everything. I met with the previous tenants and they said they did the same thing to them. I discourage anybody from renting from them were even up front about the minor damages we did because were honest people but apparently they are not. I highly suggest nobody rent properties from mr. Appliance

The merchandise is very noticeably used and over priced. The owner of the store, who is the lead salesman, is very abrasive and lacks all social graces. When he didnt have a dishwasher with the dimensions I needed he laughed and me and said good luck. The owner is very rude and doesnt care if he satisfies the prospective customers or not. I went to LOWES and found the dishwasher for a great price the color I needed and with a height of 33.5" (A height he said doesnt exist in the industry lol). Stick to the pros and leave the swindlers alone!

Rico, the actual Mr. Appliance, is so very rude and unreasonable. Seems nice when you first walk in the store but if anything goes wrong, he completely loses it and shows what an ass he can really be. I would never EVER recommend going to his store. The prices arent worth his cheap merchandise and poor customer service. Also, I wouldnt recommend trying to rent any of his property from him and his wife, Roxy. He advertised a really nice place but upon seeing the inside in person, I could see how cheap and dishonest he is.
