A terrible experience. Charged 240.00 for a 10 minute, simple washer repair and a 25.00 part. I would have done it myself but it was a very busy week and I didnt have the time so my wife had to deal with it. I called the owner the next day to complain and he yelled at me, told me he didnt want me as a customer, and hung up on me. Weve dealt with them before and felt like they were fair. I dont know what has happened to them. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE unless you want to be gouged.

Freaking Awesome
Horrible store! Sold us a washer that had mold inside of the bellow and a leak from the front. Guy was very rude over the phone, showed no remorse over the situation and told us to clean it ourself. Will NEVER give business to this place again and would highly advise everyone else to avoid this place because theyre only about making a quick buck, they dont care about the customer at all By far the worst place we have ever been to!

My wife and I have purchased appliances here for years and I have had no problem up to now. We purchased a dryer and they refused to honor any kind of warranty, within their pathetic to begin with 30 day window. I should say, in all honesty, they did offer to sell me another dryer, at full-price, which I declined. Bite me once, shame on you. Bite me twice, shame on me. I can no longer recommend this business to anyone, period.

If I could rate this place lower than 1 star, I would. Owner is a jerk. Doesnt stand by his word. Sells broken appliances. Claims hell fix them when you bring it back because it doesnt work, just to milk the 30 day guarantee then leaves you with a broken appliance. Please dont go here. Way better off looking on Craigslist, OfferUp, or anywhere that is not Here!!!!
