I live in an apartment complex where this company comes to replace/repair the appliances. The apartment manager has called this company out twice and both times the guy who came out literally butchered my kitchen. The first time he messed up the counter top when putting in a new stove so now our counter is all jagged and chipped. The second time when he came out to replace our dishwasher he left two decent sized holes in the linoleum and left a 2 section of our floor (the flooring was new) all torn up. Hes not very friendly on the best of days and the woman who answers the phone can take a while to call you back.
