I work at a neighboring property, and when we needed some appliance repair, I wanted to go with a local business. I called the office, and asked the operator at the front desk for help setting them up in our system, pretty standard stuff. She literally said "if I can get around to it". I never heard back from her. I would never recommend this business to anyone, I am surprised they have been around as long as they have. They should make an effort to clean up their garbage from the alley as well.
