I would like to start by mentioning that, I learned about Meyer Appliance, through Miele USAs official website. As I have full trust to Miele brand, I did not hesitate to purchase my appliances from this business assuming that Miele would not grant Authorized Dealership to just any business. I purchased a set of Miele kitchen appliances from them. The whole scheduling was a mess, but eventually after weeks, we were able to schedule the installation. They told me that the Speed Oven requires a 110/220V NEMA 14-30 outlet, and they should first send their electrician for that first before the installation. I did not want to use a different electrician, as I assumed that Meyers electrician would be highly familiar with the Miele appliances and their electricity requirements. First I had to go and buy the NEMA 14-30 outlets from Home Depot, as they could not figure out how to buy them from Miele. On June 26, Meyer sent their electrician to install 110/220V NEMA 14-30 outlets for the ovens. Although it was clearly indicated on the Speed Oven that it requires 110/220V to operate, the Meyers electrician convinced me that just a single 220V hot wire would do the job. (In summary, he simply did not want to deal with running a new cable, as NEMA 14-30 requires 4 wires instead of the usual 3 wires.) On June 27, Meyer staff showed up to do the actual installation for the Speed Oven. As expected the Speed Oven did not turn on due to the wrongly wired electric outlet. I immediately contacted Meyer about the problem while the installation was still in progress. After 3 hours, they simply told me that they could not locate the electrician, and they will schedule him to come again some other time. Second time, I ended up at home watching an other non-functioning Miele appliance. I also have no idea if the wrongly wired electrical outlet even damaged the appliance. Most likely their electrician will show up again sometime next week to fix the wiring. If the appliance is already damaged by the wrong electrical wiring, then, I am sure that I will be waiting additional weeks for a Miele technician to come and try to repare that. I dont really know how such experience could be fixed. I hope they can at least finalize the work.

We picked up a washing machine, refrigerator, and dryer..... Awesome service! Then I broke something on the oven no called to have a tech come out and fix the problem. The door broke because I let it slam shut too much. 90 some odd bucks for the service call but thats ok. He ordered the parts needed and when he came back to put it together again I asked if he would explain what he was doing for my own knowledge. He did. And he didnt charge for the extra time he spent on explaining things to me. Yeah, the window time of a few hours is normal for ALL repair places because GE (the company) told me that techs dont know exactly his long the job before takes. They were honest. I like honesty. Dont you? He also told me that my refrigerator door needs a new stop to keep the door from opening too far. He then showed me the part that needed to be replaced and told me how to do it. That it was a do-it-yourself type thing. Easy like. Customer service here on the phones is great. I have to say Im the guy who usually gives anyone on the other end an earful till I get hung up on. Yup. Im an a$$. I expect perfect service when I pay for it. This company went above and beyond to fix what I broke. They let me know how to not do so again. They taught me how to fix a simple problem that could have become a very large hit to my wallet. Thank you Meyer Appliance!!! Remember that being polite to people goes a long way. If you act like a spoiled child you might just get treated so. Dont blame them. Your attitude and the way you treat others is exactly how you will be treated. For those who complain.... It is just a reflection of yourself..... Have a great day and I hope this helped you make the right decision in choosing this company.

I had a terrible experience with Meyer Appliance. I had a GE side by side refrigerator which 6 years ago (Dec 2009) we purchased (brand new ) from Meyer Appliance and they delivered to our home( the refrigerator made by GE in 1995). On 03/29/2016 my refrigerator was stop cooling, but the fan was still working. We call Meyer Appliance on 03/29/16 after 1PM. They sent one guy came next day morning. He came didnt do anything said you need changed new refrigerator. I was surprised, and asked him if GE refrigerator only last 6 years? Than he started to checked my refrigerator. I had to help him to move my refrigerator. He changed one part, then told me that my refrigerator was working, but I need wait for 3 hours for cooling down. He charged me 296.62 and left. After he left, 5 min later I open the freezer door, the air came out warmer than my hands. I call the Meyer company told them he didnt fix my refrigerator yet. He call back to telling me wait for 6 hours and check again and said he will call back next day morning which he never did. I had to call Your Appliance Repair company guy to came to check my refrigerator. By then I found out in 2009 Meyer sold 16 years old refrigerator to us, now my 6 years old refrigerator exactly is more then 21 years old. They can do this to me, they can do this to some other people.

I placed a service call to fix my dishwasher. the operator gave me an appointment for the next day between 12-5 PM. i asked for a more specific time so i wont have to sit home for 5 hours waiting. She would not commit to a time. Now most other places i have called will offer to have the technician call you 1/2 or so in advance, but at meyers appliance this was not the Norm. In fact i had a hard time getting her to commit to that. The next day the tech called my cell. i was on the phone and i called him back about 5 minutes later. he would not answer so i called the store. the gal told me ...Oh, the tech is already gone. i said, how far can he be gone in 5 minutes. anyway, i had a heck of a time getting them to commit to the appointment and finally the tech guy agreed to go back. i should have know right there to cancel him, but went forward anyway. he came took 5 minutes opened a couple screws and told my wife, oh, it is bad you need to buy a new one. Terrible experience. i will never use them again. dont call them they are the worst.

We worked with them to buy a Viking steam oven/ microwave. We worked with Lawrence who didnt even return phone calls/ was rude when we were in the store. We researched it ourselves and placed the order through them but the product is terribly designed and does not work. They would not take it back or help us any more. They passed us on to Viking rep. I must say that the owner however was nice and he tried to help with the install and he even admitted that this was a terrible product. he said the product was unlike other Viking products. We paid a lot of $$$$ for a crappy product and they sold it to us. They should be experts in their products and not sell products they dont stand by. I would not recommend buying anything important through them.
