Art is the consummate professional. He came to replace the condenser on our refrigerator (a big job) and also replaced the thermostats in our dual wall ovens (which three others had said they couldnt do or could only do for a very high price). Art was here longer than he expected, but stuck with his original quote for the job and his price was very fair. A real plus of using Art is that he repaired the refrigerator and the ovens so that they perform better than new and in ways that they are less likely to fail. He really studied our problems and came up with great solutions. Art is intelligent, a terrific communicator and a genuinely nice guy. We enjoyed talking with him and learned a lot. Whenever we have an appliance with a problem, we will definitely call Art, The Appliance Doctor.

The compressor died on my refrigerator, so I logged online to look for repair in Santa Rosa. At 6pm on a Thursday night the phone was answered, and I hooked up with Art later that night and arranged a Saturday afternoon for Art to look at fridge. He was concerned that I be without refrigeration on a hot summer, and made the appointment as soon as he could. I cannot recommend him highly enough! CALL ART FIRST! He is professional and caring and reasonably priced. He saved me the cost of a new refrigerator, -$1500+

After being disappointed with service by Kellys, I called Art at Appliance Doctors. Art gave me various causes for my clothes washer leak which seemed to have solved my problem. Art did more for me for free over the phone in 10 minutes than the Kellys technician did in 30 minutes and $80 not well spent. I put Arts phone # in my personal phone book for future reference.

Bought a new LG refrigerator. It wasnt making ice fast enough. LG, under warranty sent Art Obuchowicz with The Appliance Doctor to our home to see what the problem was. He said there wasnt enough air circulation because of the tight area the refer was in. He fixed the problem and now we have all the ice we need. I would recommend him very highly.

Arthur came out right away. He diagnosed the problem and estimated the cost on the phone. He was right on. Fixed the problem in no time. In addition, he is a very likeable person. I recommend him without hesitation. If we ever have another appliance problem, I will definitely call him. I highly recommend him also.

Arthur was very nice, he charged a VERY fair price to repair our oven. He is pretty booked up, we waited almost 2 weeks, but he was worth the wait! We are new homeowners and have to be careful with our money, we appreciated not being gouged. We very highly recommend the Appliance Doctor!
