They keep their current inventory up to date on the website, which is nice to check before you head out. Much of their inventory is new in the box, just overstock or "last years" model. But the best savings are in the open box section where they have some deep discounts on appliances that were display models in their retail showroom, some scratch and dent (cosmetic) items, or special orders that were cancelled. All the guys in sales area are very helpful, very knowledgeable and will give you straight answers to your questions (is brand "A" really better than brand "B"?). Would much rather do business here than at one of those big box stores.

These guys have a great supply of appliances at their outlet store and are willing to make a deal if you buy a set of some sort. I bought three pieces for my new kitchen and probably got about 30% off retail prices, so it was definitely worth it to check out. Also, if your fancy they sell all the super high end appliances at a discount.
