This place has amazing superb customer service! Very friendly and professional services. They have amazing deals & prices and their warranty is awesome and I really appreciate great service! The owner & staffs are great people! They really know how to please their customers and that is what keeps us coming back. We appreciate the reasonable prices and services! Ive made a couple of purchases here and plan on continuing to do so in the near future. I highly recommend this place! Thank you Jason the owner , Dave and I forgot the other girls name (sorrry) but yall are awesome and keep up the great work! Its hard to find a small local business owner that really cares about their customers satisfaction! I dont live near this area, but I go out of my way because theyre worth it! My husband and I bought a washer and dryer set here for a great price, the staff was very friendly and they were out to install it the next day. Buying used appliances can be stressful because you never know if people will uphold their warranty. Well about a month later our washer encountered a problem and we gave them a call and they had someone out the next day who was very knowledgeable and super speedy at getting the washer fixed. I definitely recommend this company. They make the process easy, affordable and provide a 1 year warranty that they honor! Thanks Appliance NW!

I enjoy being here! The instructors and the people are amazing people with no negative vibe what-so-ever! When you enter the gym, there is a warm & friendly vibe where you feel right at home. As for myself, I am a total newby when it comes to martial arts. The instructors are very motivating, kind, and inspiring people that make me absolutely love the workouts. As well as the other fighters/customers, I honestly felt like I would be shunned out (for me being new) but they are so open and friendly! Everyone makes you feel welcome and part of a entirely new family!

Slow, Unresponsive, No Follow Up. Took 2 weeks to get a guy out to my home. I needed a part ordered and there was zero follow up as to a status on the part. I called multiple times and kept being told theyd check on it and get back to me and then never did. The last time I called, they said they think the part didnt get ordered and would check. Again, no call back. With no other alternatives in the area, Im forced to buy a new dishwasher. Nice people on the phone, but when it came to actual service, they were inept.

Affordable, good quality, 2nd hand appliances. Small business run by friendly people. So far I have purchased several items from them. Everything has a 1 year warranty. So far no issues with my appliances from there. If youre on a budget and want a warranty, this is the place to go. I purchased a washer/dryer from their competition and had nothing but problems and attitude from them. Not so with Appliance Discount NW. They are great.

We walked in to see if they had a part for our washing machine. They had an identical machine outside in their "junk/parts" pile outside. We went back inside to ask the owner how much for the parts we needed, or if we needed to buy the entire machine. The owner gave us a great deal, and let my husband take all the parts he needed! What great customer service and patriotism!

Great Customer Service! I was looking for a drainage pump bracket from my Samsung washing machine and I pulled the bracket off a broken washing machine in the salvage yard. I went to the counter to pay for the used part and I was told it was free. Nice friendly people! Great to have in my community. Glory to God!
