I ordered 3 items for my sears lawn tractor ,I did this on 04/16/15.It is now may 12 15,.I have yet to receive those item ,which comes out of GA.(shipments are delivered to the store every wednesday for in store pickup.when the items didnt come in on the 22nd, I called i talk to john ,the aassociate ,that made the transaction. He was curious and he did his best to help,but nothing was accomplish after abut an hour and a half (in store followup) I ask speak to manager ,but he was on vacation and no one was designated to fill his duties.I waited until he came back he assured me ,that this issue would be resolve the following Wednesday.(this point i was ready to go pickup the items at their warehouse in GA, Couldnt get enough information to proceed.It is now going on a month ,still this issue is still unresolved .WHAT IS THE PROBLEM sears.dont you care about your loyal customer? Where is your dignity ,loyalty ,customer service svc,and your integrity,.dont the customer matter to you any more.(i told the clerk upfront ,the items were needed for preparing my garden plot) I will never shop sears again and i will cancel my service contact that i pay $59 a month.thank you

Just had a great experience @ Sears in the Santa Rosa plaza. I had bought a mower on Wednesday and when I got home I realized there was no mower bag on it. So, I came back down today and dealt with Derek with my issue. He explained that since this particular mower was on close-out, it probably didnt include a bag. Expecting to leave without a bag, he asked me if I could wait a moment. Upon returning, he handed me a new bag for my mower. Then he proceeded to come out to my truck where the mower was to make sure the bag fit my model. After that Derek proceeded to explain everything about that mower. I couldnt be happier with my experience at Sears and in particular with Derek. I will definitely make the hour and a half drive back down to this Sears in the future because of how I was treated. We bought a Bosch dishwasher from Sears and had it delivered in October. It has never run properly and they have sent several technicians to repair it. Each time, they have left saying that it was now working. However, each time, it has stopped working properly the next day. In spite of this, they refuse to replace the faulty dishwasher. Instead, they insist that they have to send another repair person out to fix it. During this process, we were initially told that after 3 service tickets, if it still wasnt working, they would replace it. Then, we were told it actually takes 5 tickets. Today, I was told that they have to have the technician determine that it is not repairable. We have been without a working dishwasher for the last 4 months. This is ridiculous and no one with Sears home service seems to care.

Awful. Was purchasing a pair of sandals on sale for $14.99 with a blouse. Clerk asked me my phone number to get the sale price. Their system said my phone number was not in the system. Do you think this dumb ass would just add the phone number? No. I thought the price was high for my purchase, got home and saw he didnt give me the sale price but charged me in full. First of all its a violation of privacy to ask for personal information like phone numbers. And to have to give your phone number for the discount is insane! Crappy way of doing business. And what do they do with your phone number? Im returning the items tomorrow, speak to the store manager and as well as I know my name Im never shopping at Sears again.

Its been awhile, like 20 years. I was amazed, it felt like I had stepped back into childhood 50 years ago, age 10. There is a consistency in Sears Stores and Catalog a consistency of standard practice. The LOCAL store and its CATALOG. I found an excellent mens work clothes, I find the tool department, and remembered my father in Omaha. I was on a mission to buy a device - tablet. The disappointment was they dont sell computers in the Local store. Of course you can buy it in the catalogue. The store with clean and great help. I was amazed.

Maintenance agreement owners, it now takes them 3-4 weeks to show up the first time, for any repair. And another 3-4 weeks to then come out and repair your appliance after you receive the parts. Its taken them 6 months and 5 repair appointments to tell me my refrigerator is unrepairable. I lost 3 full refrigerators full of food due to their failed repair attempts.

Good place to get tools and appliances. Ultimately the wiring is on the wall with an impending failure coming Sears way unless they team up with some one currently relevant such as Amazon.

Waited over 1/2 hour in checkout line in tools to buy a garage door opener. 2 clerks and only 1 person ahead of me. Way to slow. Went to Home Depot. Got immediately!
