John Lee banned me today after I asked for the receipt which shows why they refused around $2000 in returns even thought I have HD card which allows returns up to a year. After I said I was going to file a complaint he forced me and my young son out of the store, during that he made my sons cart (we had three, me pulling two) lose a pile of wood in road, he then was telling customers I was banned and not welcomed here, and refused to give back several pieces of merchandise I tried to return. Then he stood watching me and my son while we loaded the vehicle, further upsetting my son. He should be fired, and staff in the store arrested for felony theft. Since the above I have tried to contact home depot to file a complaint, but then was only allowed to email (try getting an email out of home depot, it is very difficult) the real store manager Kyna Burke but she refused to communicate with me after I sent her an email with the issues saying: "Thank you for responding with the details of your experience as you view them. Because you have sought counsel, at this time I will be forwarding your concern to our legal department. " when I had said to the effect that a lawyer wants my case. So thanks to these people at this store, I now have a Home Depot CC with a balance and items I cannot return so I am paying a lot of interest, and I also have thousands of dollars in Home Depot gift cards (I used to spend a lot of money at Home Depot) as they all seemed to be attached to my driving license now so I cannot even sell them. Thanks Home Depot for discriminating against me!

To begin with, my dishwasher supply line needed replacing about 8:45 pm. I checked the store hours for Poulsbo Home Depot, it stated the Friday hours open until 10 pm. I drove the the store (20 minutes) and found the store closed at 9 pm. What made my experience frustrating besides my waste of time and gas, was that the employees I recognized leaving the store to whom I pointed out that the website hours (as well as the sign on the contractor side entrance) stated the 10 pm time, made no attempt at an apology at the obvious customer service blunder that had occurred. Next time Ill just call...my advise is maybe check your signs and website to avoid future frustrated customers ( and their unhappy wives).

Every time I visit this Home Depot I cant make the purchases I need. Whether its waiting 45min for the lumber section to open up (there to buy two 1x2s), or waiting 30 min to find an associate to cut metal wire, I cant seem to find anyone around. When I asked customer service for help, the lady was very rude and told me to "try harder." Ive left empty handed five times (when knowing exactly what I need) and have a project extended by a week because of their horrible service. A few days of bad service, I can forget - weeks of impossible trips to the store, and Im a loyal Ace and Lowes customer.

Terrible experience today. I wanted a shower caddy. One person said he didnt know where it was but would go look for it, and never came back. I went to the front of the store because I couldnt find anyone to help. The person up front told me to go to plumbing where I had already been. When I asked if she knew which aisle it was, she said no, without offering to find out. I gave up and went through the cash register. The person asked me if I found everything, I said no, but she offered no help or solution--just and oh.

The first job I ever held was at Home Depot and I can say with confidence that this store is something quite different. I have quite a few projects going on and went there to pick up a door, closet lighting, flooring material, sheetrock, and lumber but couldnt find an associate in any of those departments. I was there for a good hour and it seemed like a ghost town (6pm). Off to Amazon!

Typical HD. You could wander around the store for an hour and be sure that no sales person will ever bother you or ask if you need help. When you pass a sales person in an aisle, they will typically look away and not make eye contact. Best bet is to find what you need on their web site and that will indicate the isle and bin location of the item you need.

The music on the "hold" line is AWFUL. It is heavy metal and very loud. Music to "waterboard" or "gang rape" by....HORRIBLE. And then NO ONE picks up the phone so you are stuck on hold FOREVER. It is a great store that caters to the needs of people of all ages. Why not put some jazz on the hold line or even musak but take that horrible music OFF.

I Live 5 minutes away from this Home Depot in Poulsbo. Im in there 3 or 4 times every day. While there are some nice people in the store, there are some real sour faces and attitudes there that should be fired. I go out of my way to go to the Lowes in Silverdale

Store is in desperate need of a new music selection. Every time I go in there its the same repetitive, annoying "oldies" that go on way too long. Other than that great staff, great selection, and great location.

Store is very well laid out; its relatively cheap to pop in and find what youre looking for quickly. Staff is also very helpful.
