I bought an entire kitchen suite from them. Dishwasher that the side parts have broken it hold water at the bottom during washes, a glass top stove that I love, over the range microwave that I love and a fridge that I couldnt be more PISSED about, the water and ice make have never worked new filters which now have costed 160 total and new hose underneath, at one point there was water sitting the bottom of the fridge but never through the water dispense area on the freezer side. Now mind you I just bought a brand new house built new and and the last thing I want are non working appliances. Their 90 day policy is crap. I asked if they could fix it and they told me NO!!! Not good business!!!!

Service is beat up worse than the fridges. Asked if he had more in back and he said yes. Asked if I could see them and he said store policy prohibits customers going in back. Fair enough. Asked if he could give any info or get me a pick of what they have and he said no. I let him know Im buying one today and of theirs fits my needs Id wait. Came up with crap excuses. Was rude and didnt seen to care about me after that. He didnt offer alternatives or even ask a single question to see if he could help. Im buying all new appliances for a remodel and he just left thousands on the table. Will not be going back. Buyers beware!

first off the company tells you that all the dings are cosmetic only... but after i called with a problem they did call me back but when I asked them to call my husband so he could explain the exact problem with the hinge on the oven door they did not call him or return any of his calls. sad because i wanted to purchase a washer and dryer. They also advertise limited 90 day warranty that is hard to use if they do not give you a receipt for the purchase I had to give a 1 star rating in order to post this review but in all honesty I would give the company a minus 10 for all the support I have not received !!!

We delt with Roland and he was very helpful. We bought a washer and dryer and dishwasher and fridge. Everything worked but the dryer, we called up there and there going to make it right, they offered their service guy but it be longer then I wanted to wait so were geting a new one. The dishwasher is amazing and awesome price along with washer and fridge.

Working with them was the only part of buying a new house that went smoothly. You go in and you pick out the exact machine you want of the ones they have available. I coughed up for delivery and installation due to not being able to fit a fridge and an oven in the trunk of my car and the delivery guys were helpful, quick and professional.

Worst customer service. "Roland" did not care that I just bought the Fridge. Would not give me a new filter. Would not even order it, I bought a Fridge and my filter had a crack in it. Told me to go to home depot. 90 warranty is a joke. Roland needs to be fired, hope hes not the owner.....

Fantastic experience, no bulls**t, more than I can say for other appliance places in Cedar Rapids. I bought an LG washer, was in and out in 10 minutes, and I got it delivered within a highly reasonable amount of time. Thank you guys.

The owner who drives the truck was really helpful and a nice guy, the sales guy at the shop was also nice and easy to deal with. Got a great fridge at a great price, a few dents here and there are easily covered up!

We went and they only had one brand and the price wasnt even a good deal. I can get a old model from Lowes cheaper than I can get one that looks like it fell of the truck. Not worth your time
