First guy asks if he can help me find something so I asked him if he has any electrical tools for pulling pins out of connectors. While hes looking through the catalog at tools I tell the other guy I need some oil filters. First guy asks if hes helping me or is that guy helping me because were both not going to help you(while looking at me like Im stupid) because were too busy for that even though there was no other customers in the store. lady behind counter Chuckles. I would tell you who said what but no one was wearing name tags. I will say guy number two is ok, Ive dealt with him plenty and he did go get the filters. as a business owner I can tell you thats no way to talk to a customer and thats all Im going to say about that. Edit: the more I think about it the worse it is when I first walked in I went to the counter and Guy number two was busy with somebody guy number one was just sitting there doing nothing and I originally went right to the counter for oil filters. Nobody was helping me so a side thought was I need them electrical tools so I started walking around looking for those and thats when guy number one asked if he could help me find something. So I asked if he had the electrical tools and he went and started looking through a catalog. At this point guy number 2 was done with his customer and nobody else was there so I asked him for some oil filters and thats when guy number one looked up from his catalog and said theyre not both helping us. Well if he had helped me when I first walked into the counter when he was doing nothing we wouldnt have had that problem.

When I went to this location to return power steering fluid that I did not need I requested a 10mm Poly Drive and after signing to the social multiple times that it had to be Poly Drive he ordered me a 12 point triple square driver instead of a Poly Drive.
