Today I was picking up items from this autozone that was ordered back on July 1st. Worker Sam came out to put the huge boxes into my van. I told him to take the boxes out of the trunk (TRUNK TOO SMALL) so I can put the seats down so they could fit into my van. He left and said he will be back. Been waiting outside, crazy hot and Im pregnant on my last month. Also 3 young children in the car and aunt waiting. I got really disappointed because he took too long. So I went inside and see him helping other customer. What?! Is he kidding me? Am I supposed to pick up the boxes myself?! I asked another worker to come put the boxes into my van. And thats when this Sam states I told you I will be back, he also said he had to go in because the store is full of customers. Wow, then maybe I should wait till the end when store closes and no customers are left.

Worst experience ever! Manager does not know his ass from a hole in the ground and is not very good with customers! I thought the customer was always wrapped but this guy told me I was wrong three different times, even after I proved him wrong.

A guy was so rude to my husband cuz his color of skin. Grabbed a part my husband just bought right out of his hands and tried to say he didnt pay even tho my husband had a receipt.
