This place is awful! I usually go to auto zone on manatee or pep boys on cortez, but I figured I would check out advanced autoparts today. When I walked in I was greeted promptly, I wasnt necessarily there for anything just whatever caught my eye. The lady at the front asked me after about 2 minutes if she could help me. Since I knew I have a couple scratches on my black 2002 ford explorer, I asked her is if they had any paint that would match that model, she looked it up on the computer and told me it was ebony black. She escorted me to the paints and helped me pick out "the correct one" based on the numbers on the outside of the box. I immediately noticed it said subaru but she said it was universal so i figured it dodnt mattee, I thanked her and told her I would resume looking for other things. I was searching for a trailer hitch for my explorer when I noticed the tube in the box said Subaru "glacier white". I went back and checked the paint section and none of the boxes under universal black were actually universal black. After trying to find the lady that helped me pick out the paint for about 3 minutes, I noticed her come in the front door of the store. I attempted to approach her (even making a weird eye contact) when I noticed she was taking a personal call on her cell phone, I passed by without her addressing me and wit feeling it rude to address her. So I brought the paint problem up to the gentleman at the counter and asked if they had any universal black in the back, he politely told me he was training and would have to wait for the other gentleman helping amother customer. With that employee being tied up, I noticed the original lady that gave me the box off of her phone, so I approached her and told her it was Subaru glacier white. She immediately said "no, because the one I gave you said universal black." She walked back over and noticed that under universal black was only white ones (apparently in universal black boxes?) She said she knew because the numbers on the box were the numbers on the computer. I told her well thats the one you gave me, she then starter to say "something is wrong here" making me feel as if she was accusing me of something without saying it, so I said thank you and began to leave before I got angry. As I was exiting she said something to another clerk about a security guard still being there. I sat in my truck for a second in anticipation that a security guard would approach me and see I have stolen nothing and restore my character that she was currently defamishing in my mind. Instead the lady just come out and clearly took 2 photographs of my license plate while I was sitting in my car. Irate and shaking I reentered the store, and the lady said may I help you? I said "yes, I just saw you take a picture of my license plate and was wondering if you thought I stole something?" She responded with "I was just taking a picture outside" (really!?!?!?!) then the other gentleman that I had not even spoke with because he was helping other customers said "I dont even have a phone." I said to him "no, I just saw her take a picture of my license plate and if you want you can search me and my vehicle." The lady cold shouldered me and said next! I will NEVER return to this store again, my character was attacked because an ignorant, & unprofessional woman made a mistake and could not own up to it. I just want an apology, its OK check the cameras, Ill wait!!!

Over-the-top service! I had several issues I wanted to deal with, both engine and body. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Salesman went out to the car and looked at the issues and discussed options. Then he said, "Let me get another guy who knows more about this." Mike came out and spent quite a bit of time helping me, looking at ways to do the job right AND save money. I was really impressed. Thanks so much! Ill be a walking advertisement for AA Parts now!

These guys are freakin awsome!!! I had a fuel water seperator for my boat and the bowl was stuck on the filter. I tried for almost an hour to get it off. I didnt have the right tools. I brought it in and they were able to get it off and no charge! I would recommend these guys anytime. You just dont find this type of service anymore. Great job guys keep up the good work!

CSR Stephen refused battery warranty replacement 08/11/17 despite being within 2 years. Expected me to wait 1 hour for them to charge battery. Battery was charged and tested by mechanic. BAD BAD SERVICE.
