This store is and was rude on Saturday 1/7/17! My 1st thought was to go to OReily auto part but was in a rush and turned in to autozone ! No more! Went into the store wasnt greeted no smile and no may I help u! I had to look for Someone to help me. By the way I am female and i dont know oooooone thing about a car so I expect a lil friendliness for my money! I went looking for the power steering, if it was a snake it probably would have bit me, Im sure it was looking at me but I stayed long enough for someone to say may I help u! I left the Lil chubby man and the others old built man there looking like they were doing a mannequin challenge! Ridiculous. So I went Down to OReily auto and so as I opened the door, guess what? The store clerk the "Ann" said Hello!.........may I help you with anything........... sure right this way........sure I can help u with that........ also u may need.............................In happy now I dont curse but f*** autozone rude asses!

I had to do a heater core bypass on my Jeep and needed a 180-degree elbow hose. Instead of looking to see if they had something that would work, his instant response was "Why do you want to do that? Just cut the hoses and connect them together." He didnt even offer to look to see if they had something that would work. First of all thats the lazy-mans method of fixing something. You end up with a huge hose loop (to avoid kinks) laying on top of the valve cover. Who wants that? Second, since when does an auto parts employee question why I need a part? Thats not their job. Their job is to see if they have it, or something similar that would work. Never ever question a customer as to why he/she is doing what they are doing with their own car. Thats their prerogative. Your job is to look up parts and maybe offer advice as to how they can get the job done. He totally avoided helping at all. I think he forgot hes at a parts store, not an auto shop.

Went in for a simple rear light bulb replacement. I was greeted upon entry and asked if there was anything I needed. I showed the gentleman who greeted me the burnt out lightbulb. He looked up my vehicle make, model, year, and then took me to the specific aisle location where the bulbs were. Made my purchase and replaced both rear bulbs in the parking lot. If only everything were so simple. EDIT 8.28.16: Went in today for some new wiper blades. They installed them while I paid for them. Most wipers were on BOGO too.

Went in today with a bad battery fully intending on having to buy a new one. The gentleman helping me went out of his way to check my warranty which low and behold was still in effect. Got a brand new replacement free of charge. If that wasnt enough the new ones dont have handles so he took the handle off the old one and put it on the new battery. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. Very good experience!

I scraped the side of my car and asked for a suggestion from the staff on how to remedy it. George was incredibly helpful. He walked out to my car and showed me how to remove the unwanted paint and use the polishing compound to fix the problem. He was polite, courteous, and seemed to really care about helping me. I am in town on business and really appreciated that he took the time to help me.

I walked in and not one person at least said hi to me nonetheless ask me if I needed any help. Customer service should be number one. Economy is bad and the workers there just isnt cutting it. Give those hours and money to people that deserve it. I wasted my time and gas going there. I will never shop there again. That place does not deserve my money. I work to hard to get my dollar.

out of the 3 auto parts stores south of gandy, i find myself going to autozone the most. staff is always very friendly. i took 1 star because i think the inventory could be a little better stocked but it seems of the auto part stores dont like the used too.

Needed a new battery for my car. The dealership quoted me a very high price. I went here got the battery I needed and they replaced it for me for 1/4 the price the dealership quoted me. Very knowledgeable and friendly individuals.
