I normally shop at PepBoys, however this location is HORRIBLE. This location seemed to be well staffed and but dont be fooled-they arenot competent. On top of that, they dont even know their own deals (where are clearly shown in the weekly ads). I went into this location to get an DIY Oil Change deal and after 15 minutes of waiting to get checked out, the manager came over to tell me that she didnt know why the deal wasnt coming up right in the computer! Even though we I had purchased the exact items shown in the add! Before she came to help out, the 2 cashiers were arguing (in Spanish) about who was working the following Monday.... Very unprofessional and very frustrating to deal with. I decided to just go to Walmart and pick up the filter/oil there. The price was the exact same but atleast I didnt have to battle morons. Please shop at PepBoys. I honestly do like them, however stay away from this store at ALL costs!

This particular shop changed the wrong idea I had in my mind about caring for my car outside the "Official Dealer". My BMWs battery died after I return from a trip. When I called the BMW dealer they started giving me a ridiculous estimate for just changing a battery... When I called Pep Boys, the Manager took extra time to look for the right battery and promised to change it if I made it before closing time. I waited 3 hours for Road Assistance to tow my car!!! and even I got to the store just before closing time, he stayed almost an hour to complete the job for a third of the price from the BMW Dealer. He called me the following day to make sure the car did not have problem. Right there is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you.

Ripped off. I called to get a quote to get a/c fixed they told me it would be 68.79. I went in they said the same thing fix my a/c for 68.79 the guy looked at the a/c and said it had too much Freon so he was taking some out. Then he came back in and said it was too low and that he had too add some Freon which I never authorized and never got a written quote and never signed anything to authorize work. They said I owed them 54.99 for putting .5 freon into my system. I ended up paying $33 to get my car back and the air conditioning does not work. The only written quote I got was for $1289.20 to get a used compressor to fix my a/c

I recently had some work done on my vehicle at Pep Boys. They changed my tires, starter, battery, serpentine belts, and radio (head unit). After I picked up my car there were some sounds from the serpentine belts that needed adjusting. I called Pep Boys, dealt with Peter, Ramon and David. They made sure that I would be taken care of right away. I received calls from the shop checking to make sure that I was satisfied and answered all of my questions. I have had great experiences there and will be returning in the future. Its refreshing to have a shop that has great customer service.

Those guys are crooks, I am never going to pepboys again. I went for synthetic oil change, and choose managers special for $54.99, which is said to include free wiper blades. I ended up paying $82 with a $20 coupon(actual cost $102). Yes, my car requires 8 quarts, rather than 5, but they sold me each quart for $10, when the actual bottle costs $8, and charged me extra for oil filter. On top of this they didnt give me the free wiper blades, because they cost extra... I am never going to go to PepBoys again, big mistake!!!

I came here knowing I needed both an oil/filter change and to solve an issue with my alignment. It turned out one of my older tires was separating and needed replacement--not really a surprise. I got to watch the whole process and was shown the tire immediately when they discovered it. With a high mileage oil change, four-wheel alignment, new tire and filter, it ended up being only about $200. So, overall a good, honest experience with no long list of "problems." Would recommend!

What can i say about pep boys? well there the best at what they do! they are so kind and energetic slways have a good time going to them. i love their prices and work so much i drive all the way from new tampa to go to this one i am one dedicated customer. if you ever have any problems ask adam he tells you the exact problem with your car. i dont bring just my integra i bring all my other cars. you wont regret getting an oil change etc with them guarantee! -ivan b

I had a horrible experience! I took it there because my breaks failed and I had to pay $400 for a new part. 4 months later the breaks fail again and it is the exact same part that they "fixed" the first time. After picking up my car, the inside of the door was filled with water and my honk didnt work. I took it back and they get rid of the water, but they say that theycannot do anything about the horn; when it was them who broke it!!!!! Extremely mad!

How does it take an hour and a half to check out and get my car keys back? No one seemed to know what they were doing. They also authorized my card two times for my total $,256.99 then said they cant figure it out so theyll gust give me my keys no receipt or nothing. Im not OK with that. The whole time my car was ready. So Angy will never go back. Now I have to wait 48 hours for the extra hold to release when I have other bills to pay. Felt scammed

Made an appointment in the morning 11am for 5pm according to their policy this gives you a place in line but does not mean your car would be serviced at that time. I was told that I would have to wait till 7pm for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation as soon I showed up for my appiontment. How can business provide routine services to its I recommend when you call make your appointment two hours in advance. lol

Not very happy with the deception when it came to price comparison or the length of time it took waiting on a part. I think Pep Boys should notify you when management changes because this use to be my reliable go to place for honest and timely service. Based on todays service I would say the good ol days are home and I will be looking for a new place to get my vehicle serviced.

I have been to this location with a problem twice. Both times they fixed it within the time promised and since they were small problems, they didnt charge me a cent, even though I was more than willing to pay the minimum service charge. I will keep going to this location with my Jetta problems. Even if they charge me! Thanks, Adam. Youre the best.

Adam, Alexandria and the whole team took great care of my vintage Camaro with all new tires and front end alignment. I had an appointment at 2 pm, but got there 2 hours early, took my car right in and I was out in 2 hours. What a nice shop and friendly team, even with my dog. 5 starts all the way!!!
