Came by this weekend to simply have my battery checked out, as it appeared to be on its last leg. It was a pretty routine situation, but William was extremely helpful and did an amazing job by examining every possible detail as to why my battery might have been having such extreme voltage drops. Ended up replacing the battery, but Williams attention to detail will have me coming back again and again. Glad to see you hiring military veterans like this gentleman.

Great franchise crappie store. I had a hard time getting the attention of the employees although I was the only one in the store. Then, I bought some wiper blades and asked the employee to install it he told me that he would as soon as it stopped raining. Ive never needed to ask for the installation at any other store and you work in Florida it rains all the time. Do your job or quit if you dont like it.

Excellent! I was able to order my brake pads and rotors and pick them up immediately. Went to my service person and had them installed. I saved $70.00 going through Advanced Auto Parts on Bears. The Auto Zone in my neighborhood did not have them. Very efficient and good price! Thank you!

No one seems to want to help me, been in there roughly 5 times. Bought stuff but I seem to be unconvincing the staff each time. I go out of my way to go to Autozone on Nebraska. Staff is better and the selection is better too.
