I visited this location on Sunday and received minimal to no customer service. When I entered the store, I was not greeted by either associate, who were both located at the register. One was ringing up a customer and the other was looking at her phone. No one asked me if I needed help. I proceeded to look around, and still even after the sale associate finished the transaction, neither associate asked if I needed help. It was not until I walked up to the register and stated that I needed help. I told them what I was looking for, one girl was willing to help me find it the other kept saying "we dont have it," which she was correct but her attitude about it was very unsettling. Since the item was not available, I said okay, asked about another item and immediately after they showed it to me, they both walked away. No one asked if I needed help with anything else. I was in the store for another 5 minutes, continuing to look at other products while the associates gossiped about social media. When I was ready to complete my transaction, I was asked "you dont have a sallys card do you?" And when I said no there was no attempt to get me to sign up. I just moved to the area and was happy to find a sallys near by, but after this experience, Im not sure if I will return to this location. Its all about customer service, and I am not happy with the little I received.

I usually go into this Sallys knowing what I need and not needing help from anyone, which is fine. But recently, I decided I wanted to go blonde (my hair is currently green, with 3 inches of regrowth - very dark brown). Having no knowledge of how to accomplish this, I walked in wanting help. I was ignored by the woman at the register and was ignored again by a girl in the back of the store. I was standing in there looking at different shades of blonde dye for close to 20 minutes! When I found a color I liked that was out of stock, I asked if they had any more in the back, and the girl just told me "Sorry, no. You can try again next week. We might have it then, I dont know." Like, I understand that you dont know what you get in shipment because I work retail, so I get it, but like at least offer to help me pick another color thats similar... Clearly if Im in there at that time, I want the dye then, I dont want to cross my fingers and hope that its there next week. Now its 6 hours later, I still have green dye in my hair (been trying to remove it with vitamin c all night and finally got most of it out) and I have to go to work with yellow hair tomorrow because I dont know if I should tone my hair before I dye it or if the dye will balance out the yellow. So thanks for nothing, ladies! Ill be taking my business to the Sallys in Marlton from now on.

I went in looking for hair extensions for my wedding. I went to another store previous to this one but they did not have what I needed so they recommended going to this store. I walked in and was ignored by the person at the register. I found my way to the hair extensions, luckily they were in the front, and started looking at what they had. I was standing there trying to read what the package said but some of them were locked onto the rack. The two employees, were either at the register or walking past me, and never asked if I needed anything or maybe help with getting the product off the rack so I could read it, especially since they watched me struggle trying to read it while attached to the rack. Finally, I had had enough and walked out of the store after 5-10 minutes of NO ONE offering to help or ask if I needed anything but instead roaming around the store doing nothing. Its a shame because what I needed was there but I refused to give them any service. If I could give this store no stars, I would.
