Decided to order an Andis Clipper that I couldnt find in any of the local stores from Boss. Initially they asked if I was affiliated with a barbershop or salon to which I told them no. The sales rep then explained that the pricing was different for private customers but that they would take good care of me either way. Pricing was very good plus the rep explained the different models available, and I got my machines in a few days, so overall a very smooth transaction. Thanks again...

I received an unsolicited catalog from the company. When I called to be removed, the representative told me that it was my fault I was on the catalog and called me an a****hole for saying it was unsolicited. Do not buy anything from this company. They deserve to go out of business for the poor customer service and unsolicited junk mail.

I ordered 4 bottles of a product, price on website states $7.95, ordered 4 of them, nowhere did the website say the price was only for salons. They called me and told me my price would be $19.99 per bottle since it was being shipped to my house instead of the the initial $7.95 plus$12 for shipping.

it took my order almost a month to get to me and my order was 2 barber smocks and 1 wet male hair wash brush and 1 shampoo cape I got 2 capes 2 brushes I made it home before my products and I was gone a 11/2 months thank you again just received it today 10-31-16
