Product was misplaced on a bottom shelf, which caused it to come up 2x what I thought it was, so it wasnt purchased. Bottom shelf tags are too small and are too low to the ground to read. Also, bag was too heavy for cashier to manipulate to scan the price. She asked for help twice from 2 people hanging out in the managers office chit chatting with the door open. Line was getting longer so I had to pull the bag out of the cart for scanning. Then, when I finally got to know the price, I got to pull it out of the cart again because it was twice what I thought it was. Chain training collars are priced outrageously high ($12-16 for a small one for a 3# puppy). I went to a smaller pet store and paid $4.99 for the same item. Seriously disappointed.

Walking into Pet Supermarket - I was taken aback by the clean appearance and organization of the store. Having several different kinds of pets and being to several different pet stores, this was refreshingly different to me. Little did I know this was just a front. Today I was shopping for my reptiles. When I walked to the reptile section, I was disgusted. None of the animals had proper heat or lighting in their cages, and several of them were visibly on the brink of death. Clearly these people know nothing about proper care of reptiles and should NOT be carrying them. Needless to say I will not be shopping here.

These people were very unhelpful. Unable to explain how the return system works. We got a outfit for our dog that was to small so we returned it the next day but when we went and got a bigger size we did not get any money back from the previous outfits that we bought. When we asked for help to understand why our receipt looked like it did all they said was that is just the way it has always been that is all they kept on saying they did not try explain why I got charged what I did and did not get the credit that I deserved. Awful survice and pretty expensive prices to pay for your pet!!!! :-(

Spoke with Taylor in the grooming department to make an appointment for my 11 year old lab to get bathed and brushed. She sounded as though she could get her in, but then put me on hold and came back to tell me they were all booked for the day. Not sure I believed this, especially since I could over hear another girl in the back ground making an appointment for 2:30 the same day. Just felt like they didnt want to do a lab, maybe not enough profit???? Wont ever call them again!

They cant keep good groomers and this weekend was my last . I need someone to see when she has had enough she is not a happy dog when it comes to a bath . The one that took care of my dog for three years is and has been gone for over a year the last two times with different people have been a mess for them and my dog .

I enjoy going here for my dog and cat food. However, the last 3 times I have gone in they are out of the brand of cat food I need, and it is their stores brand. Please carry more inventory of your own brand since my cats cannot eat any other brand due to a food allergy. Love everything else though.

Bought a gecko at another store and got no info on the care and feeding for my sons new pet. Came to this store and was helped by a knowledgeable and friendly employee. Will be doing all of my purchasing at this store in the future! Thank you petsmart!

This is a well-stocked, clean store. Location is very nice, with parking aplenty. You can gaze at a variety of fish, rodents, and the occasional rabbit or cat. Dont forget the snakes! They bite, but youre smart enough not to tease a snake, arent you?

Took my dig to get her nails done and they were fast and friendly . Also suggested I bring her to the pet clinic fir her shots . When I went in they scheduled an appointment for the next day . Very good service.

Went to buy fish for my aquarium last night, but the fish are WAY overpriced. Tetras, guppies OVER $3 each. Lots of fish $5 to $10. Really? ?? Wont be buying fish here anymore. Sad....
