The staff here is amazing. Theyre friendly and completely knowledgeable. They are locally owned and prove to care for their customers and animals over profit. With that being said, their products can be a bit expensive when compared to online retailers but are cheaper than other stores in reno. The products offered are of quality. The reason for not giving 5 stars is because this location is run down and comes off as dirty and old.
