I would highly reccomend anyone to visit Nicole. Her and the staff there have been very polite and always provides my dog and I with a welcome smile. They even take the time to remember the customer and the pet by name which they show that they care about their four legged friends and two legged owners. I never have to wonder around the store to find what I need they are there and show me the best products to use. I will not return to the other pet stores. They dont make you feel as welcomed as Paws Natural Emporium!!!!!!!

I prefer coming here for dog food. Although I called from west Richland before driving over to ask about their rabbit care selection. Was informed it was competitive pricing with Petri and that they had paper pellet litter and they said yes. Drove all the way over and the selection was very minimal and there was no paper pellets. A little disappointed because I prefer to support local business. I also would have appreciated a more certain answer before driving across town.

Best pet store in the Tri-Cities. Preferred the Richland location, but there is definitely more room in the new spot. Wish that they hadnt changed brands for the bulk dog treats. The old ones were mostly potato free, but almost all of the new treats contain potato or sweet potato, which upsets my dogs stomach.

not customer oriented. They got wrapped around the axle trying to not charge tax to Oregon resident, which is ok; however, I waited for 10 minutes when they said wait a minute. I put the product up quietly and walked out. They dont seem to understand that they make money when their register is ringing.

This is an awesome place to go for your pets needs. They are a small business with a neighborly feel. While they arent always the cheapest, they more than make up for it in knowledge, product selection, and customer service.

This place had the raw food I needed for m pet but the pet supplies are over priced and not a lot of variety. Customer service just ok.......it if werent for the raw food that they carry, I wouldnt return
