I sure wish they had a "Botched: dog edition". I took my sheltie in for a lion cut and NOBODY knew how to do it. The first time she had an uneven cut, awkward cut, still matted. Manager was great in offering to fix it and refunded my money as well, but even the fixed cut is ridiculous. They definitely need more training. I have taken my dog here for years and never had this problem. Last time I will be back though. I spent $55 to have more hassle than its worth and still have to pay someone else to fix it. Thank you for the headache pets mart!

Made an online appointment for grooming. It was fairly easy and they were willing to see me even after I was several minutes late. Although I seriously wish they had turned me away instead of doing a half-assed job. My dogs hair is uneven and cut WAY too short in a lot of places now. The grooming job was horrendous. Ive been taking my dog to Petsmart Groomers in Union Gap and always LOVED the job they did! After this though, I will be taking my dog to another groomer.

Great choices of pet food and products. Patrick is a very knowledgeable and friendly as the Manager. Nancy is very helpful to me when I need certain pet foods. We use the Veterinary Services (Banfield) and are very happy with them. If you have a new puppy or dog, the training is great. My last time with puppy training was almost 7 years ago; she is well trained. I can still go back if I have any training questions. Last, my Ziva loves to visit!

Yesterday I went to the Kennewick PetSmart and had the most knowledgeable employee, Caitlin, help me select fish for my aquarium. She has a passion for her job and for serving customers. Then Jose, the PetSmart employee at the checkout, made my experience even better by his cheerful demeanor and serving attitude. It makes me want to come back to this store on a regular basis for all my pet supplies.

PetDumb. Unorganized, poor communication. Set up an appointment to get my dogs hair cut. After showing up they said they needed a copy of his Rabies shot paperwork. They never said we needed to bring it or we would have. Last time I step foot in that place. Weve had other smaller issues and this is the one that finally did it for us. We called Paw Spa and they cost the same and do more.

Nice petsmart, just like the other ones. I must come in at the bad times. Very hard to track down staff here. I got the feeling the store is minimally staffed for business money management purposes. The staff were knowledgable and very friendly once located. They went the extra mile for advice to me on decisions I needed to make. Very good staff!

Hard to get service in the fish department. No saltwater selection. Rarely has those specific items youre looking for. Kind of like the walmart of pet supplies. Mediocre at best. Last time I went they waited until that after work evening rush to test their alarm system and forced everyone to evacuate. Dont waste your time. Go to petco.

A very good dog training class. The instructor was excellent and worked with us personally on many occasions. I have also their used dog grooming service and they have been the best. Ive tried a couple other grooming places, but we always end up coming back.

The people are friendly, prices are decent, good selection of a variety of pet supplies. They host pet adoption event every week. The animals they do have in store, such as fish, reptiles, birds, and rodents are well cared for.

Good place for food..dogs,cat,fish. Average for supplies dog,cat, fish. I cant speak about the reptile supplies.poor quality fish. They are almost always sick. Workers say most tanks cycle on the same system.
