Ive had a difficult time finding appropriately sized live feeder mice for my picky rosy boa (sometimes hell take frozen/thawed just fine and then hell go on hunger strike for months until he gets live feed) but CLS was fantastic. It is a feed store & not a dedicated pet store, but I rather prefer that as the staff of feed shops are usually down to earth and no nonsense. I walked in, was greeted in a friendly manner right away, and less than five minutes later had my live mice in the perfect size for my snake. It was a relief in comparison to the typical dedicated pet store that will either refuse to sell animals as feeder stock or who only carry adult mice that are too large for my small boa. Im a customer for life!

Good for maybe buying feed for pets, and maybe some accessories. But, overall the place is empty. No real cooling system...pet tanks were broken, there were hardly any animals left, and what was there looked poorly treated in some instances. Staff only consisted of 2 people, the one girl was super friendly but, even she admitted the place was mostly empty so, she only worked twice a week. Guess the place used to be much better but has since emptied out quite a lot. Other than stuff for barn animals, I think people might go elsewhere...

CLS has everything you need supplies wise but absolutely no customer service at all. This place is run by a father and son I believe and you can tell the son absolutely hates his job everyday. If you dont believe me just call them and ask a simple question and you will see how rude they get. I have been in customer service for over 15 years and I could not believe the way I was spoken to not just over the phone but at the location as well. This store should be your abolute last resort.

What a terrible place, you can smell it long before arriving at the door. The poor animals there, the cages were so dirty and just horrible. I ask one of the girls working there about the despicable cages and containers for the animals and her reply was that they did not love the animals, they just sold them. Please, please , please do not buy anything from this terrible place. Let these people go out of business and save the poor animals from the torture that is going on here.

DONT buy a hamster from here. ANY ANIMALS in open cages are a no-no. Kids walking from school go in there and will play with the animals. they drop them and pick the rabbits up by the ears and are mean, which then makes the animal mean and fearful of people. also, having open cages and allowing unsupervised handling cand make animals SICK. stress and germs. and the stores dirty. and the people dont seem like they really care.

Went here for bird nutrient food that is bought by the pound since I had seen they sold it here before. The staff were nice and friendly with helping me and I was able to find what I needed quickly, but after I returned home I found out the bird nutrient food I had bought was crawling with small beetles. Had bought 4 pounds of the stuff and will be taking it back tomorrow and never buying from here again.

I NEVER buy an animal from ANY pet store no matter how clean or pretty it is - it is still buying and not adopting. This is a family store so their prices on some stuff are necessarily higher than corporate stores, so I choose to shop here for some things and not for other things. The heat doesnt bother me, in fact it likely saves on their power bill so why not. We ARE living in the desert, people. :)

I wish I could own the place! It a good spot and size for the kind of pet store I want to go into. Id offer a training room and feature local people making products to sell for their pets. It would go so nice with the weekly farmers markets in the parking lot! Sigh......

The Animal Control needs to go in CLS and take all the Reptiles and Rabbits from that place, you know what take all live Animals even the crickets, mealworms, mice, cockroaches, all live bugs if any fish take those also. Very poor place..

CLS seems decently stocked with knives, leather, and a wide variety of animal supplies and food, but not many choices of feed per species, and still, it is quite expensive and dusty, if not rightly spider webbed. The staff is polite

recently saw horrifying photos taken by a friend in this store. animals are dead and dying in their small containers, owner doesnt care after repeated complaints nothing has changes, please dont shop here.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! They always say they will get a shipment and week after week you get the same run around. Dont waste your time going in that store, they have horrible customer service anyway.

Worst Pet Store in the world. all of their animals are in very bad condition. all of their reptile look so bad that it is sad to go look at them. never i mean never buy from this store again

I bought my rabbit there, it has the best personality! Its not mean or to scared, when I went to buy him he was perfect. I love that the pet cages are open for people to hold them.

They need to shut this place down their is live rats eating dead rats that escaped from their cages . This place is unsanitary , Hot and smells horrible . Worst experience ever .

Knowledgeable staff and options that you would never find in a John Q. Public pet store. Sometimes a bit pricey, but where else can you find food grade diatomaceous earth!

All the animals were in poor kept habitats and had no clean water. Its also seems like they have no care for cleaning. Absolutely disgusting.
