Not a wide selection but good prices. Im pregnant and only have a few options and none are jeans... full length jeans. There are capris and leggings... thats it. My daughter who is in jr sizes has no selection if she doesnt want straight or skinny jeans. The furniture pieces typically have damage but arent reduced any more in price due to the already reduced price. The kids selection is small.

I like Ross but it is usually such a long line with only one cashier. And the associates are not always helpful. The security is usually quite polite and genuine. I feel like the associates are overworked and underpaid for the amount of work they have to do; which could explain the lack of personable attitudes.

RUDE workers!! I walked in an hour and 10 minutes BEFORE closing and I heard one of the workers say "well she can just leave," while there was still plenty of people shopping. The worker was a big african american female with poofy hair tied up.

Nice store, friendly staff and not terribly long lines...but they could do better staffing on the weekends. I enjoy the Murfreesboro store more than the Smyrna store...I drive further because its just nicer in general.

I just wish people didnt all rush up to the counter at once. Christmas shopping sucks here. I feel sorry for the employees.

Not alot of selections for big and tall but regular size folks have alot of choices. Great for home decor.
