Here for a multi day business meeting. Terrible customer service from department head and store manager. The clerk recommended I prepay for a jacket and pair of pants I picked out for a dinner to take advantage of an upcoming sale. Did the prepay and left the stuff until the day of the sale. Totally screwed it up and couldnt find my stuff and acted like it was my issue. Finally, after demanding an escalation, they found my stuff. Dont assume Im trying to cheat you without doing your job first.

I was in this store today. It was in complete disarray with clothes all over the floors, not able to look at shoes because they were stocking and had boxes in front of the displays and employees paid no attention to customers, the purses looked like a tornado had hit them and the carpet was filthy. Dont think I will be going back there.

This store is clean ,arranged nicely, and have some great sales. The one thing I would list as not a positive, is their coupons often will not be allowed on merchandise already on sale. I guess I have just been to spoiled by Kohls. Still they have some great buys.

I like the selection and sales. I always have to stand in line a long time to pay for my purchases. They usually have only 2 registers open in the whole store--except for the cosmetics which I never buy because all those brands are just way too expensive.

Really nice store with friendly and helpful employees in this specific trip they didnt have the mens suits selection we need it so we went to Belk Mount Juliet however in the past they have really done well for us

Somewhat disorganized but always a great sale going on. I particularly like their selection of big and tall clothing. This is one of the few places that carries "tall" ties.
