On 1 June 2017, I walked up to the Jewelry counter. There was no other customers there. There was to older women behind one of the counters, one of the women walked out towards me and picked something up, then turned around and walked back and continued to do whatever they were doing. Then a couple of minutes later, both women walked out, one towards me and the other to another customer that just walked up to them. Then another customer just walked up closer to the woman and she stopped to help her and looked towards me and stated she would be with me in a few minutes. REALLY? I stood there at this counter waiting and two other people just walk up and get waited on? I turned around and asked another employee if there was a manager on duty, she got on the radio and whoever said that they were to busy to come up to the front of the store. Okay? I cannot get waited on at the jewelry counter and I cannot get a manager to come up to voice my opinion to them either.. Now, someone tell me why JCPenney is going out of business - Because it cant be because of their Great Customer Service Skills?? NOT!! Ill go spend my money anywhere but there...

The store is always a mess and its difficult to find sizes of clothes I am looking for and clear pricing should I find the elusive item on my list. The register checkout process is slow and inefficient, often times we give up and leave without getting anything because of the check out lines. This used to be a really great store but lately its taken a massive turn.

Super great customer service - I was greeted by a lady when I walked in who was determined to help me find exactly what I was looking for - I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me, and she was glad I was there. Not something you see very much these days. Theres also a decent selection, and decent prices.

No cell service if youre in the store, so make sure you dont need your phone to: access a coupon, check with your significant other on the color of a tie, or find out whos winning the game. Husbands: Beware.

The salon here is awesome. The online order pickup is slower than Im used to but they get the job done. They make sure to check your order before you leave.
