Was there about 11:30 or so this morning. This sales girl literally had to be told 5 times "No" that we didnt want to open an Old Navy Card account before we got to the counter. She approached us as soon as we entered and wanted us to come to the counter and enter both of our socials so we could "both get 15% off today". She just kept standing there, staring at us while we were looking at jeans and kept on about it and wouldnt leave, so he went to the counter did, because he used to have a card and wanted to see if it was still active. It wasnt, so we told her no thank you. She asked 2 more times if we wanted to, at which point we just said no and left. I understand that they want us to open a card, but maybe teach employees not to be that annoying about it. Card or no card, they lost my business because of it.

The customer service with Emily was awful we bought a jeans pants for my son was a wrong size next day we went to return it Emily told us the pants barcode didnt match the receipt I was like like how come I bought it from here she said I cant give u the money back I will give u a gift card I was I dont want a gift card I just want my money back because this is not my fault to have 2 different numbers on my receipt I am not going to this store again bad customer service.

Its a pretty good place to shop but sometimes shoppers make a mess at the fitting room. Sometimes the selection at the Old Navy at Opry Molls are better than the ones at this store. But overall, a good place.
