Buyer beware! I cant yet speak to the quality of the clothing I purchased as this was the first time I have shopped at The Buckle. As for the customer service, the associate who helped me was very nice and was able to answer my questions. However, when there was a discrepancy with the way a pair of pants rang up the situation was handled poorly by the manager she turned to for assistance. It turns out an employee miss-priced the pants by only $10 in the customers favor. The manager quickly cut the tag off the pants and refused to sell them at the advertised price. While I had the option to decline to purchase them, they fit well and I liked the style of the pants. I ended up purchasing them, but feel the store manager handled the situation poorly. I doubt I will return to the store as a customer.

I absolutely love the buckle. Ive shopped there since I was a teenager becuz those jeans were the only ones thatd fit me the way I wanted em 2. If I wanna buy a new pair of jeans/shorts Id definitely always choose the buckle 4 the simple fact that my favorite brand is Rock Revival or BKE. Yes, theyre pricey but u can also garauntee that theyre made so good that they end up staying w/ u for a long while. My woman just pulled a pair that shes had for at least 5yrs & theyre not even faded, theyre not worn out n certain areas like other brands do. As a matter of fact, they look like they did when we first got em, like we just left the store with em. So thats how much the buckle means to me and my family.

Pricey clothing that only last a couple years. Maybe its the fact that their jeans are soft. However I would expect them to last longer. Considering I paid 80 dollars for a pair. I didnt wear them everyday either. Only on the weekends.

Great selection of items here, love their jeans and socks (yes socks) and usually friendly spirited employees that are always anxious to sell you a pair of Docs or clothing.
