I purchased clothing in this store yesterday, and I realized a few minutes later that I had left my Android phone in one of their locked dressing rooms. Upon returning, I informed them of my situation. They opened up the room and it had been cleared of the clothes I had left in the room. They said that no one had seen the phone at all. I spoke with the manager on the phone today and he informed me that it is their policy to clear their dressing rooms after each customer, and that they had checked the cameras to see if anything had happened. I informed him that no one would see a stolen phone if they had it in their pocket especially if they were carrying a bundle of clothes. I asked their protocol of suspecting employee theft, and he didnt seem to have any idea and said something to the effect of they only do anything if they have reason to suspect it. So my phone somehow disappeared from a locked dressing room of a Gap outlet, but no one is able to figure out that it was an employee that pocketed it? Very unconcerned manager, unhelpful service, and very unimpressed with their lack of professionalism.

This store is closed. The only outlets out there now are Osh Kosh and Ralph Lauren. Oh and theres a police station.
