Ordered 2 hoodies Tuesday, told it was 24 hours for delivery from warehouse, but was even told it may take 2 days. But they would have it in Thursday with 24 hour turn around on hoodie so I could get it Friday, or Saturday at the latest. I call Saturday morning at 10:30 since they close at 1 on Saturday and was put on hold when looking for hoodie. They come back and say that they never received the hoodie and I could get it Monday or Tuesday. Doesnt help since my family flew in town for Mothers Day and we were trying to do a reveal with the hoodies. I get that mistakes happen, but when you dont notice that an order hasnt come in on time, then call and let the customer know so they can make other arrangements if needed. Full refund was given of course. But I cant rate any higher due to failed delivery.

I have been involved in screen printing t-shirts for many years. I was skeptical at first with direct printing. I only knew screen. I cannot tell you how pleased I was when seeing the first shirt off the press. My swim team members were equally thrilled. On another note, I cannot say enough good things about Lina, Brittanie and Dan. I received the ultimate in customer service. I was always greeted with a smiling face, promptly helped without a rush and full explanation of the cost, shirt choices, artwork and process. Big Frog will see me again. Thank you for delivering and being delightful.

We needed six t-shirts for a team challenge at the gym and chose Big Frog for this task. I contacted them by email and received very prompt responses to each of my questions. When a teammate and myself visited the store to place our order, the employees were very helpful in answering questions about the different t-shirt materials and making sure that we got the best value for our money. We placed our order on a Saturday and had the shirts by Thursday. They looked great and fit well. Ill definitely use Big Frog again for my custom orders, especially because they dont require a minimum order!

Big Frog Custom T-Shirts MAKES ME SMILE!!!! I love the fun factor of being able to design any t-shirt at anytime for great gifts!!! And for my business, it is wonderful not to have to place a big order and "wonder" if they will sell.....absolute perfection in a business model!!! Wish Id thought of it!!!! I have done business with Big Frog on a few occasions. I needed shirts made for my family to support my brothers baseball team. Big Frog did such an awesome job, the rest of my brothers teammates wanted to know where his family got the shirts! I contacted them a second time to customize a Justin Timberlake shirt. I ordered 3 hoodies with custom screen printing,since they didnt have the style in stock they had to order them from Atlanta. This was on monday afternoon and was told that the order would be ready thursday afternoon, I got a call around 2:00pm on tuesday and the order was ready! I am more than pleased with the service and the hoodies were much better quality than I ever expected and the screen printing was perfect!! I will continue to do buisness with them and would recommend them to anyone!

Staci Klausing went above and beyond to design the shirt how I wanted including spending time to make revisions to make it as personal as possible. I loved the idea of getting a duplicate of my husbands favorite T-shirt. Hes had it for a few years and it looked dreadful.
